So why keep the building open if the dining room isn’t open? No signage stating that it isn’t open. We walked inside to see that the entire room was just pushed back with chairs stacked. I think they used COVID as an excuse to just completely close besides carry out and delivery. The woman at the counter looked at us like WE were stupid and we politely asked her if their dining room was open to which she replied that no it wasn’t. She proceeded to tell us that the Pizza Hut “on 24th Street” has dine in. Huh? You mean 25th Street? We made to go out and she called to us saying we could order carry out. We live out of town so no, we don’t want to go home and eat a cold pizza. We went to the Wingstreet on 25th and thank god. There always seems to be an issue with this PH on Benjamin. Arrived 30 minutes after they opened to have the buffet they offer at lunch. Ahead of us was a group of high school students for the same offer. I watched as one student filled his plate heaped, brought it to his seat, then return and fill another plate filled with bread sticks and then a third plate with food before starting to eat. None of the staff members did or said any thing to him about hoarding the food which was limited since they were still bringing out the first round of food for the day and didn't have a lot of food out. I wasn't the only one inconvenienced by this. I returned my drink and told them to take my buffet off the bill. I wasn't going to wait for more selection and basically ruined my whole lunch. I did mention it when I paid for my sons lunch. I will most likely not be returning there...

Order pizzas online at 4:40pm for supper and requested a 5:30pm pick up. Arrived to pick up and twenty minutes later (5:50) still no order. I was told they were backed up due to a large order before mine. Asked for my money back and waited another 5-8 minutes. I was sitting in the drive through from 5:30pm to 5:55pm. I received my money back but I would have liked to have my order since it was for supper. I do not believe they had even started the order when I asked for my money back. If my order would have been ready by 5:55pm I would have taken it but I was tired of waiting. I received my money back and left. I'm thinking they were not staffed to handle a Thursday evening.
