Popped in for the first time...checking it out. Smiling, happy faces greet you. A friendly worker started a conversation with me, then let me shop. Any questions I had were answered, with additional information and an invitation to return for monthly events. Their products are clean, and in like new condition. Everything is neatly, and artistically displayed. Prices are lower than Goodwill, y'all, so whoever is saying the prices are too high, are obviously misguided. And, this isn't a thrift store...it is a resale store. They have a boutique segregated to one portion of their shop...where the higher quality/brand name articles of clothing are on display for resale. It's going to cost more to begin with, and you're still paying less than actual resale value in our market today. The shop is clean and organized, displayed in a visually appealing manner. Clothing is sorted by size, then color. They've DONE ALL THE WORK so you can pop in and go right for what you need/want. The only thing I could suggest is more signs to alert you to their organization style...because most folk are used to a disorganized mess at some of these money grubbing thrift stores. On the other hand, if I didn't have to ask in order to understand, I possibly couldn't have had the lovely conversation I had with these dedicated women. Excellent work, ladies. I'll be seeing y'all every time...

I love the giftshop itself. Beautifully merchandised! But, the manager seems put out when I've dropped items off for donations-several times. The young man who just took my latest donations closed the door while I was carrying stuff back to the door. I had 2 more bags and he just shut the door! He didn't offer to help, he didn't open the door until I rang the doorbell again. We're talking about 40-55 seconds! He couldn't have waited, offered. He had nice shirt and tie on but NO smile. Wasn't friendly, didn't say thank you, never offered to help. Mumbled when he asked about a tax receipt. Manager is not much different. Ladies are nice, love the shop. Clean, bright, but I am never made to feel welcome here by anyone except...

These workers are very obviously volunteers from their lack of customer service. I came here the other day and purchased a pair of pants. On the floor I asked a worker if they allowed returns since the fitting room was in use and I was running out of time. I was told yes, and it would be even better if I had my receipt but reassured that returns would not cause an issue. When I came back the next day for an exchange I was asked “Well who told you that? That is absolutely not true”. And they were completely rude and would not allow a one time exception with...
