No major issues other than weird toilet paper. Came in while on road trip and went to bathroom. Toilet paper very thin and two fresh rolls jammed in little metal cubby. Was a fresh roll on top of cubby but seemed weird and maybe gross. When I tried to take the roll from the metal cubby it was all jammed in there and started ripping and shredding it up. I was so befuddled but eventually managed to get a small bit of toilet paper. This is why there is a shredded piece of paper left atop the metal cubby in the first stall of the women's bathroom. Do not be alarmed. It is clean. Just very shredded up. Fix this please. Food was done correctly. My friend could not wait inside because it was too cold and wandered away. Wandered very creepily into bushes. We could not find them so did not know if we were in the right place or not. Eventually found them and we were in the right place. Food was 3 mins behind schedule. Should have been on schedule. 0 mins behind schedule. We got burrito bowls and burrito. Burrito bowls not always good choice. I told my friend that because they are basically diapers from here. Very big and leaks beans in car. Tastes good though. Other bowl was good. All silverware and napkins in bag. Nothing left we ate it all. Actually I forgot but there is 1/4 of diaper burrito left because it was just too big. Also some chicken left because it was suspicious with slimy skin. Most of chicken good though. Service great. Read moreChipotle use to be my favorite restaurant but slowly I’m inching more and more away from it due to the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, strange menu updates and overall culture of the company in general. Today I attempted to order a quesadilla at this location and was told I had to order it online because it’s an online special. I didn’t mind however I wanted more of a “quesa-rito.” (Quesadilla and a burrito combined) So I asked if the line member could put rice, corn and sour cream in it. She explained it was a kids quesadilla meal. I’ve worked for Chipotle for two years and have made this order for so many guests. I know the difference between a quesadilla meal and a quesadilla with rice, corn and sour cream. The line member continued to look confused as I asked her for this order, then another line member intervened and attempted to explain the same thing in saying “the quesadilla meal is an online special.” And “we’ve never put rice inside of a quesadilla before.” Eventually I left. I understand my order is not common however I eat a lot of chipotle as I mentioned, It was my favorite place for a quick bite. As a vegetarian and eating this frequently I have to mix it up so when these line workers insisted on my order being some kind of foreign, unachievable request. Read moreUpdated twice... Usually on top of things (as needed) being that this location in on ISU campus. But workers good workers come & go & today 3pm & its summer, 3 staff clocked out as I walked in. Two people (together) were in line ahead of me. After they made one item (and confirmed they were together, the only person working the food line decided to go tidy up some dishes while the cashier & fella taking out the trash stood there chatting. After a solid 5 mins (as there were 4 other employees shuffling around) the same employee came back to complete the order. I figured the cashier wasn't allowed to handle food and money but no, she finally decided to come prepare food now that there was a line of 5 people waiting behind me. During the 5 mins of unexplained work halt, there were literally 4 employees talking to each other by the register. ?? Management needs to bring in the slack somewhere. UPDATE: a week later and both the soap dispenser & sanitizer in the men's room are still not working. Please tell me they broke again rather than nobody is washing their hands for the last 7 days. Update on 5/27: BOTH the soap & sanitizer in the men's room have been nonfunctional for at least weeks now!! GROSS I have now told a different manager than before. We'll see if it gets rectified... I also see some new employees in there today, that's a good sign....
