PHENOMENAL!!! Excellent customer service. Staff knows their stuff. I came in with very little knowledge, and left feeling somewhat educated in the area of precious metals. BEST PRICES I found after lots and lots of shopping around. Beautiful facility. I say that based on its appearance and location. Location being in a nice area, off of any busy or main streets, with quiet businesses surrounding it. I am one to ALWAYS think in a strategic and tactical aspect. Coming in or leaving a Gold & Silver Shop (or anything of the sort) in today's society can be potentially detrimental to one's heath, this place is (in my opinion) in a near perfect spot. Parking allows for situational awareness, being that there is nothing impeding one's line of sight. The shop has a vast inventory, and the gentleman that helped me feed me a plethora of HELPFUL and solid information. So much so that I will be driving to Norman from OKC to conduct my business with them only. Staff was not trying to "make a sale", but provided me with excellent decision making data . Cheat yourself and go elsewhere, or TREAT yourself and visit Liberty...

My name is Ian Palmerton, and I highly recommend this store. The gentlemen here are thorough, straightforward, honest, and very knowledgeable. The interior is immaculate, and I personally feel safe knowing the employees are exercising their Second Amendment rights. They offer excellent resources for coin holders and storage, as well as literature for enthusiasts.

The staff is professional and always ready to do business. On a personal note, I want to thank the employees. I’m an amateur and a novice in the world of coin collecting and numismatics. Sometimes I ask too many questions, but each employee has always been willing to help and has taught me so much about this hobby that I’m falling in love with.

I do not see how this place gets the reviews it does I was treated like an idiot and been buying and selling coins now for 30 years I don't tell people that so I can find out if they are trustworthy or what this place is or what tried to rip me called every coin been cleaned funny thing guys I bust a coin out at every shop I go to video it and see what they say and guess what the coin from pcgs Ms 70 they said has been washed then looking at it said I be lucky if a au rating but with details because it had been poorly cleaned offered of course 56 dollars for a over 950 dollar coin they knew it to cus that just happened to be the only coin they tried to buy many times what a bunch of scam artists wow shame on you be honest u might find your business will grow people are so sick of dealers sitting there saying they go buy gray sheet minus 20 more percent and then price there crap at full rred book I would say pass this...
