This place Is a scam! If I could give them no stars I would! I purchased living room furniture. It was a coach and a love seat that was suppose to come with 4 pillows. (We only got 2 pillows and they scratched my floor up bringing it inside my new home) When we made the agreement it was for monthly. My husband goes to make the payment and it was changed to bi-weekly. Not by us. My husband thought it was because we never received all the merchandise that came with it. So he thought it was a lower payment due to not having all the merchandise. Now mind you, we've call and asked for the pillows and no one ever got back to us about it nor did they contact us about when we will receive all the stuff that we are supposed to pay for. My husband called because they was trying to take out more money off of our card. When he called the guy told us someone put us on a biweekly. We have signed papers saying monthly and paid our 1st payment monthly. This place is horrible and I feel they only do this to the minority's that rent from them. My husband and I went to rent a center and got all of the things we are paying for and the paperwork is completed professionally with the right time and amount we are paying. I would never ever tell anyone about this place cause they aren't professional...

Delivered new tv without batteries in the remote. Telling me the store is out of batteries and the size I need doesn’t negate the fact I just bought a new tv I can’t even set up. I get that I bought the floor model that was a return, but they didn’t even bother to clean the screen. Spots, etc, fingerprints (and some kind of sticky residue) Am I too picky that I expect at least a minimum bit of effort for something I’m going to be paying so much for?

Also when I finally got it set up, none of the previous buyers accounts had been deleted or factory reset on the tv. I responsibly signed out of their accounts, including their Amazon where I could have watched tv they would...

Shannon is the best I’ve dealt with rent a center Arron’s and rent first my whole life since I was 18 and I’m way older now lol but buddy’s is hands down the best ever as long as you talk to them not dodge them they help in every way possible Shannon will go above and beyond for you … there always helping me find new stuff that I love that don’t break the bank … and fits in my budget but again always there to help us … I recommend them to everyone just talk to them they will find what you need or want no bugs every thing fixed asap… I absolutely love our Norman store and the way it’s ran thanks buddy’s for being amazing…....
