First I want to say I have never been to this store before and I don’t live in the town. I called to see if they buy gold and to see how much they offer, this is a basic question that other shops can easily answer. I first have a woman on the phone she says yes we scrap it than when I ask for how much for 10k and 14k a older guy comes on the phone tells me to come in the store cause they don’t give that info on the phone and bye than HANGS UP ON ME. I had another very easy simple question but was not given the chance to ask it. I was also confused why now I’m talking to a new person. I have NEVER ever been hung up on by a company, corporate or family own. How is that supposed to make me want to drive down there to get an estimate which I would have done but if I’m being hung up on than forget it. That means they don’t care about me coming in or any other questions I have. 30 years of business and they don’t have proper phone etiquette, I can only imagine how it...

Nice selection...good service.... we bought several items there in the past 8 or so years. We live a half hour away but our daughter lives right near the store....Two weeks ago, I brought my mother's engagement ring and wedding ring that she gave me 19 years ago to them. My mother is 98 and in a nursing home....it's her original diamond from 71 years ago! I wanted to have the diamond made into another setting and they gave me $200 for the gold and added the small diamonds.....here are 2 pics of my mother's 2 rings ...and 3 pics of my really beautiful new Halo ring. The setting makes the 40 points diamond look larger! It's very sparkly! Good job!...
