B&B Bagels — Restaurant in North Arlington

So after being in New Jersey and going to about 8 bagel shops, I guess this is the one. So... I pull up and the first thing you will notice, parking is an issue. Luckily, people are coming and going so it took around 5 minutes to attain a parking spot. From the look of things, there may have been a parking lot in front of thee establishment before but it would seem that they decided to fill the parking lot with outdoor seating. From speaking to a patron, I understand because he told me that he always walks to the place. So on a nice day, I suppose the outdoor seating is great. You go inside and it's a small space and they have a few tables and chairs inside as well.

Inside and I'm in a line. Probably about 8 people ahead of me. I'm already thinking that these bagels must be damn good. Took about 10 minutes until I put my order in. In total I spent about 25 minutes at this spot. As I'm leaving, there are more people in line than when I got there. Just from seeing the bagels, they look soft and fresh. Just happy to have found the place. I get home and the bagels are just as good as they look. This clean bagel shop comes highly recommended and will be back!...

My “classic grilled cheese” was a warm cheese sandwich🤨. It wasn’t even grilled! There’s not even butter!

…. We aint in jail here mang. Can’t a girl just get a good grilled cheese anymore? I aint petty, but I actually want my $7 and my 8 minutes back.

Update in response to B&B’s reply: thank you I appreciate your willingness to fix the situation. I do want to correct the misunderstanding that it was believed I asked him to hurry. I’m very positive my words were,” I’m nervous my Uber is going to leave without me,” which was a simple expression, but not a command. It seems my nervousness was picked up on, and that assumption was made by one or more employees. I don’t believe all the blame should be laid on that kid, as he was not the one cooking the sandwich either. Despite all that, there was no butter. So from the beginning, the fate of the sandwich was doomed.

My friend and I just ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich from here. We called at 10:34AM and told the person over the phone Cheesesteak sandwich, jalapeños, and no onions. They said it would be ready in 15 min. We get there at 11AM and the order was not ready. Even said they forgot about it. Said they'll make it as fast as possible and it would be 5 min. 11:15 and still not ready. We were about to leave and ask for our money back instead. Gave us the sandwich but still wouldn't give us our money back for THEIR mistake. Manager said it was busy and the order was still made. But the order was still not correct. It had onions and no jalepenoes. Never coming back here again. I recommend everybody goes somewhere else. The manager was rude and unprofessional. Didn't really correct the mistake and the staff was incompetent. If I could give this place a...
