Came as a walk-in. Instead of telling me I had to wait because she’s waiting for an appointment…the lady rudely tells me to pick a color. I pick a color. Then 15 minutes later, she asks if I need to soak my gel off. She files my nails and has me soak my nails. Never tells me who’s doing my manicure. They took two people before me. I made the apt last minute. Im not one to get my nails done frequently so i researched a bunch of nail salons and this place had decent reviews for the area. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my nails so i gave it a shot. They sat me quickly, it’s a wednesday. Mia did my gel mani and they turned out perfect! I took my 7-year-old daughter here for a manicure; they were not very nice considering they were working on a seven-year-old girl. They also charged her an adult pricing when they should have been a bit cheaper for a children's rate. To top of the experience, the did a lousy job, and my wife had to bring my daughter back for a correction that they did not want even to do.
