I got recommended by a friend to use Sergio for my custom wedding bands. I had shopped around and knew I wanted multiple bands, but was not too sure on what. I showed Sergio a few pictures of what I liked, and he knew exactly what to do. He said he would make me models of the bands for me to review and told me when to come in next. I am a very indecisive person and have trouble visualizing things without seeing them infront of me. The initial models were helpful, but Sergio went above and beyond making the models even more realistic for me as possible before making the final product. He painted them silver, added diamonds, and even made silver models for me. He spent numerous hours making the measurements on my rings perfect so they flowed together seamlessly. Sergio worked with me patiently, and kept tweaking my models as we both wanted my bands to come out perfect. And they did! Sergio does an amazing job and has been a pleasure to work with. He is very prompt at answering you, very time efficient, always stays on schedule, and is a very very hard working man who doesn’t stop his work until it’s done & perfect for you. Not only that, despite all the hard work, effort, and time he puts into his work, his pricing was very reasonable as well. I don't usually write reviews but felt very compelled to write this one. I first went into his jewelry store with my 90 year old dad who was trying to save his Seiko watch he had for such a long time. Sergio, the owner of Arias Jewelers was the nicest jeweler I ever met ! Usually, jewelers are hungry for you to buy something in their store - and if you don't - many times their attitudes change ! Not Sergio - he was so patient with my dad and so very honest and kind to him. One important note - he actually repairs all the jewelry himself - he does not send it out to be repaired like most jewelers! And - his prices are so reasonable! His store has so many pieces of gorgeous jewelry and one of a kind pieces that he himself designs and then makes ! He is an expert in his field and he will work with you to find the right ring or necklace or bracelet, etc. I have gone back numerous times to have pieces of jewelry fixed and redesigned by Sergio. He is definitely an asset to his field and a great people person! His artistic and creative sense and meticulousness of his work definitely shows in all his jewelry pieces ! The prongs on my diamond solitaire had seen better days from wearing it for over 20 years. My diamond came loose and was lost in my home! Thankfully we found it, but needed the ring repaired. My husband and I were wary of just going anywhere with our carefully picked out diamond. In comes Sergio!! So glad we walked into his store! He repaired and tightened my ring, while we waited. We chatted quite a bit, he suggested a hidden halo, to support the diamond against any future mishaps! I fell in love with the idea. Checked out some of his work on instagram and we came up with something just perfect for me! I couldn't be more happier with my "new" and improved engagement ring!
