Bagels & Cream — Restaurant in North Attleborough

I wouldn't recommend this place for bagels or cream; they sold us a bag of mouldy bagels -saying they were day-old bagels-, as you can see in the pictures. We only realized the bagels were mouldy when we got home.

We had to drive back to bring in the bagels and the manager didn't even bother coming out from the adjacent room where she was listening and responding to the guy who assisted us. The guy helping us offered us a refund or another bag of bagels. He didn't seem apologetic at all, although he apologized once....he didn't seem sincere about it. I do not recommend Bagels and Cream unless you enjoy "mature" bagels. I am just glad that nobody in my family ate those mouldy bagels....otherwise I would have escalated this to the attorney general's office.

P.S. why on earth would I want another bag of...

I used to love this place, but recently there service has been terrible. If you buy a gift card in Norton you can't use it at there other location.... This makes no sense. My last visit they gave me caffeinated when I specified 3 times decaf! I still love there food, however. There bagels are good, as are there flavored coffees. There North Attleboro location is very cramped, has no bathroom, and has a minimum for credit card purchases. There Norton location is the opposite?! Spacious comfortable atmosphere with bathrooms (although you'll need to ask for the key) and seemingly no credit card minimum.

Long story short, love the bagels but I don't understand there...

You can just close your eyes, point aimlessly at any bagel, and it will be delicious. They make them every day fresh, and they sell out every day so go early. And their raps are fresh and incredible too. I order the avocado turkey all the time, it's huge too, so I have 1/2 of it with may breakfast, the other half I eat at lunch time. Coffee is incredible, ton of different flavors. On the weekends be prepared to wait, it's super busy. The waiting staff are the friendliest of any business in New England, very kind people. So, if you go there be on your best behavior. I receive 5-star treatment every time I go there, and I know you...
