Guys, buckle up because this is about to be a mini novel!

The first thing I want to say about this place is that it's freaking awesome!  This establishment smelled amazing and not like any "normal" nail salon!  My friend and I visited and she is very sensitive to chemical smells and usually has to pregame a salon visit with migraine medication, but not this time!  She was so happy, and so was I!  Well since this was our first time visiting we tried the aroma pedicures (which they gave us at 20% off since it was our first times).  They have different herbal blends on a chalk board that you can choose from or you can choose your own mixture. I chose "Energy" which is a eucalyptus and mint blend.

For the pedicures, the recliners you sit in are ridiculously comfortable and you have a pillow in case you need it (I did as I'm a bit short).  The pedicure itself was great. Maria did mine and was quiet most of the time, but we did chat a bit and she was lovely (I showed her pictures of my dogs 😅).

So the aroma pedicure...  Splurge on this if you're able to!  I don't even know what happens with "normal" pedicures here, and I probably never will.  We first picked the colors we wanted (there is a wall to the right as soon as you come in with what seems like 100+ colors to choose from). We were seated and our foot baths were brought out. They are buckets with one time use liners. There aren't any water jets (because of the liner), but I also know that I won't get a foot infection from this place, so I'm down. The water was very warm, but not too hot, and had the eucalyptus and mint herbal mix I requested, it smelled amazing. Then they added a fizzy bath bomb to the mix!  My feet soaked for a few minutes and then Maria started to work her magic. With the aroma pedicure I got a leg and foot sugar scrub (probably my favorite part to be honest) and a mask on my legs that were then wrapped. While my legs were wrapped Maria started to work on my nails. She trimmed and evened them out and worked on my cuticles. She also scrubbed the bottom of my feet, getting rid of any dead skin.  Before putting the polish on my nails, Maria rinsed the mask off my legs and gave my legs and feet a 10 minute massage (there was a timer involved) with mint essential oils (you have a few to select from, but I stayed in my theme). It felt phenomenal as well.  Afterwards, Maria used the polish I chose and gave me the buffer and file she used on  my feet and nails.  My friend and I sat in the recliners while we waited for our nails to dry (Maria checked the polish once but it still wasn't completely dry). We did seem to wait a good while, but I prefer this instead of being rushed out with wet nail polish.  Checking out was a breeze, they accept cash and card. I paid with cash and my friend with card, and I heard her remarking about how you can tip from your card as well (I think there are automatic percentage tips or you can type in your own by way of tablet). Also, there is a "punch card" for this place! Am I getting yogurt or something? This is even more awesome!

Overall, I'd say visit this place if you're trying to find a nail salon. Sure, it's a little more pricey than others in the area, but you're paying for natural ingredients and a friendly staff. I could have stayed there all day, it...

I called & made an appt for 6/20/2020 for 11am on 6/18/2020. Was asked what services I wanted on the phone & everything was set. Went to my appt, walked in, told them I was there for my mani/pedi. They ask my name & was told I was not on their list. Girl behind the counter went & asked one of the tech's on it, then asks another if they can squeeze me in. She comes back to the counter & asks me if it was under a different day, I say not unless it was put under the following Saturday....nope. She then tells me if the person who is scheduled at 11am doesn't come in then I can have that one. I told her I called in on Thurs 6/18 & showed her my phone but was told there was nothing she could do but I could choose another date. I made another appt & left. Decided not to keep it as I was not happy & came back to cancel. Went to my car & one of the ladies came out & kept telling me sorry mentioning the Covid-19 & how the techs were taking the calls right now. I informed her that I was a new customer & I was referred to the spa by co-workers. She proceeded to look at me & said ok. When I informed her that I was going to make a review she acted like she could careless. I left, received a call/vm from a Christina saying "they found the error & they put the wrong name, if i wanted to come back for services". Then I recieved 3 text messages saying "we found the eror. Someone wrote the same name with 2 different dates, if I would like to come back my slot was still open." Ok so which one is it?? My name was no where on any days when they were flipping thru the week. Also how it was funny that you called my # when i never gave it to them when I came in for my appt. I drove 25 min to the appt & then was expected to drive 25 min back to the appt that I was supposed to have in the first place. I'm not asking for a free service or a discounted price that is not why I am writing this review, but if you wanted to make it right you would at least tried something to make the customer feel like they are welcome at your establishment. I loved my last visit, but this is not how you treat a customer...

Took my 82 year old mom here for a Mani and Pedi for her bday. She's had some negative experiences in the past so I was going on nothing but reviews for this place and crossing my fingers. First and foremost don't even think of touching the door if you don't have an appointment unless you don't mind waiting a good couple hours or so. I say this because this place is SO amazing it is busy ALL the time! Hannah took professional and yet warm and friendly care of my mom and we both felt very comfortable. I was even approached several times by staff asking if I had been helped! This place is over a 30 min drive from our house and I'll take her here happily, every time, because it's worth it!! Now, you're probably thinking like me "oh this is going to be some big money here", and frankly I didn't care bcuz it was my mom's gift after all. To my amazement, she got a Mani and Pedi, and giving Hannah a generous tip was still well under $100. And you can tell the technicians like where they work. Wow!
