Whipped Creamery — Restaurant in Georgia

I wanted to express what an absolute pleasure it was to visit your Martinez location Sunday September 17, 2023. Ten minutes before closing, my 16 year old daughter and I were served our delicious treats by an angel named Aleia. She was working diligently before an empty store and by the time we departed, I told her that I almost didn't want to leave because how pleasant our service has been. We walked out of there remarking how amazing not only the service was but her beaming disposition. She lifted us several levels higher than we entered. At 50 years old, I cannot recall experiencing that great of a customer experience. Thank you and thank her for me please. I more than got my money's worth during my visit. I am still affected by just how sweet, engaging, uplifting, and courteous she was. Then as I return to the car with my wife awaiting, I explained to her what had just occurred and she told me that she had experienced the same on multiple occasions and described her to me. Apparently, she left my wife with the same impression. You have a jewel in that young lady. A very rare one indeed. God...

Went to the Fury's Ferry Location. Service was friendly. The milk chocolate milkshake was bland, so I'd recommend choosing an ice cream with more flavor. We also got a cookies and cream milkshake that had a chemical flavor. I don't know if that is related to the actual ice cream, the milk, or something else, but we threw that one away. My kid enjoyed the brownie sundae.

Credit card fees are frustrating, but understandable. These products are already priced high, then they add convenience fees for credit cards, and on top of that, the automatic Tip choices in the app are 15, 20, and 25%. So if you choose to tip 15%, you get to know that you chose the smallest option available. America's tip culture is a little bit cringy anyway, but 15% doesn't need to feel like you're cheaping out on the people behind the counter.

We probably won't go back even though most of it was fine. If you like frozen treats, Augusta has a few venues that sell the BEST shaved ice...

In conjunction with a conference in Augusta, our corporate team wanted to coordinate an Employee Appreciation Ice Cream and Dessert Social. I am SO incredibly happy we chose the Whipped Creamery as our caterer! From the moment we emailed Ronnie & Alea, we felt taken care of. Throughout the process, they were extremely responsive, answered all of our questions, were very thorough, and just amazing professionals. Ronnie and Alea went above and beyond and did trial exercise with me and our Corporate Marketing Executive approximately three weeks before the event to discuss the set up and make sure that the day would go seamlessly. Ronnie and Alea helped customize a menu to ensure that all attendees were accommodated by bringing traditional flavors, fan-favorite flavors, and non-diary flavors. The service was wonderful and the staff were friendly and attentive to our guests. The Whipped Creamery was a joy to work with and I will absolutely be using them...
