My work computer failed on a Saturday. I reached out to Kip and by Monday afternoon I had dropped my computer off to him. By Thursday, I was picking it up, fixed. Kip communicated with me from start to finish letting me know what the issue was and what needed to be done to get it up and running again. In my case, it was the hard drive that went bad. Kip ordered a new (and better) hard drive before I even dropped my computer off. He was anticipating the problem and took proactive measures.
