Don’t be afraid to go shopping for your furniture at this store after reading the awful reviews. Please read my experience…
I walked in yesterday without much hope of finding a chair and ottoman I would like and find as comfortable as the one I have. I was thinking about reupholstering mine because mine is over 20 years old and after 20+ years of grandchildren climbing all over it it was showing its age.
As soon as I walked in I was met by Mustafa who asked me if he could help me find what I wanted. I told him about my chair and how I was hoping to replace it rather than reupholster it. I took out my phone and showed him pictures of my chair and ottoman and the sofa that is in the same room. I also showed him photographs of chairs made by Craftmaster that were online.
He began showing me Craftmaster chairs but none felt nearly as comfortable as the chair I have. Then he asked if he could show me chairs made by another company that is also made in the United States, called England. As soon as I sat in one I knew I found a chair that had the style and comfort I was looking for. However it had a mechanism that allowed you to put your legs up and I wanted an ottoman. He told me it was no problem, it came without that feature and with an ottoman if I wanted. Then I asked him about fabrics the chair came in and he brought me over to the fabric area which was very impressive. He quickly pulled out the most perfect color fabric and it felt wonderfully soft which amazed me. I was thinking this was too good to be true and asked him the price. When he told me what the chair and ottoman would cost I knew it would cost me less than reupholstering my chair and ottoman.
I told him I would bring a cushion from my couch to be sure it matched the fabric he pulled for the chair since he had only seen a picture of the couch on my phone.
When I got home I looked at reviews for the business and was stunned at how bad they were. How could that be when Mustafa was so nice to be and so skilled at finding me exactly what I was looking for and at a good price. I was tempted to not go back… but fortunately I did go back. Since the bad reviews were all about the sales people and not the merchandise and since none mentioned Mustafa as being rude I decided to proceed.
I brought my couch cushion and sure enough the fabric was a perfect match!
I bought the chair and ottoman. Mustafa was delightful to do business with. Perhaps some of the other salespeople are not nice but I was lucky to get the salesman I did. He was not at all pushy by the way.
I will surely buy more furniture and maybe some rugs to update the look and feel of my home in the future. I will definitely by from this store with...

First and foremost, do yourself a huge favor and avoid this store at all costs. The so-called manager/salesman Bashir is extremely rude, aggressive, and completely disrespectful. He has no sense of professionalism and clearly doesn’t know (or care) what customer service even means. He’s especially disrespectful toward women, so if you’re a woman, do not go here alone. Quick reminder: this is not Afghanistan — this is the United States of America, where people, especially women, have the freedom and right to speak up and spend their own money however they choose.
Believe every negative review you read — they’re absolutely true. When you walk in, you’ll notice right away there’s barely anyone shopping — you’ll hear crickets instead of customers. That’s a BIG red flag! They try to push old furniture that’s been sitting around for years, and you’re immediately rushed and pressured to buy — with no warranty. Seriously? No wonder they’re going out of business. They only have two stores left in Maryland — soon there will be none. If you can’t treat customers with respect, you’ll end up buying your own dusty furniture.
Think of this place like a sketchy Craigslist scam — they’re bitter and angry because they have no business. If you walk in and don’t buy anything, they’ll take their frustration out on you. How professional!
Since they have nothing better to do than sit in the store all day with zero customers, maybe they should take the time to look up what good customer service actually is. Here’s a free tip: Google “What is customer service?” Start there. Maybe watch some YouTube videos or read a book about it — and if you can’t read English, there’s always Google Translate.
Save yourself the headache — shop...
Read moreIf I could give Them no stars I would! It’s a Tuesday morning beautiful day. I’m coming in with my children who are well behaved by the way coming to look for a couch. I was open to looking for other items we walked up to the store. I’m assuming the manager or a worker was already at the door just standing there he looks so unwelcoming. We didn’t pay him any attention and walked into the store. He asked me what I needed. He was not friendly. He was not kind. He was not welcoming. I told him that I wanted to look around and he said to look around for what basically I told him that I would look around and decide. He then proceeded to follow us through the store and we were the only customers in there. My daughter sat down on a big comfy couch. She literally lifted her bottom up and sat back down twice to check the fabric, and if it was cushy, he said don’t jump on the couch. Stay with your mother. I was literally less than a foot away from her at the time. How do you expect someone to pick furniture with you being on welcoming and breathing down their neck ?? on top of that my children are helping me make the choice and purchase for our home so they are going to try out the furniture. Her feet were not on the Couch nor were they up in the air she was wallowing or jumping on the furniture at all. We turned around and left right out! I will not spend my hard earned money where we are not treated properly...
