I made an order in the subway app to be delivered. They somehow had the address to deliver to me as the store address. I called the store to correct that and they do not answer the phone. So I call the Door dasher and he did not respond. It took them a bit to find that they had a mistake in my address and called me and they did finally make the delivery. It was stone cold and the order was wrong. When I called the store for help they did answer and told me I had to contact subway customer care for help since Iordered thur the app. I tried to call the customer car no and got a response that I had to make my complaint on their online help form. I filled it out and got a form letter email response that said they are sorry and look forward to my business. The store owner Alex sent me an email that was just putting me off to the subway corp offices but had no contact info. The store the Subway customer support seem to have no wish or desire to help me with this issue. I have also contacted Door Dash and they can not get any one from the store or from Subway customer service to respond either. This store does not care about taking care or its customers. I have heard from Door Dash that they did respond to my complaint and have refunded the store the full amount of my order and the store has not refunded me. This is a great way to get customers to be upset with the store and they make double the money on my order and send the wrong stuff out. If I could I would give them a lower then...
Read moreMy partner and I ordered from this subway about a month ago, and my partner got very sick with food poisoning. Vomiting, diarrhea for days. The whole shebang. After wary consideration, we tried ordering again yesterday, thinking that perhaps it was a one-off thing and someone had passed germs around. When we got the food, my partner was so afraid of being violently ill again that they passed their sandwich off to me, which I gladly (if a bit cautiously) ate some of to accompany my own sandwich. Now, I’M the one who is sick. I’m not vomiting or anything (I have a lead stomach), but I’ve been feeling upset inside since I ate it yesterday and felt the need to rush for the bathroom more than once. I feel this can’t be coincidence, considering another person has commented about someone getting sick from this Subway’s food as well. I don’t think we’ll be giving this subway another chance. I’ve been an avid enjoyer of Subway for years, I even worked there, and it pains me to know that the ONE subway within delivery range of my apartment is now off...
Read moreIf I could, I'd give this place zero stars. My husband and I went there, and let me tell ya, the staff, especially this Hispanic lady, were so darn rude. We asked for a footlong, and my man just wanted some extra onion because they hardly put any on. But guess what? She had the nerve to say we gotta pay extra for more onion! Like, seriously? We've worked at Subway before, and nowhere did they charge for extra veggies. And don't even get me started on the toppings—they were all old and not fresh at all. We just wanted some dang onion! Since when did Subway start making this rule? We've never heard of it! And let me tell ya, with my experience working at a sandwich joint, I know good bread from bad, and the bread she gave us was just awfully soggy and flat so it's old bread. I would suggest, save your money and never come to this place. This is the most horrible subways I have...
