The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of none is because when the owner/boss is there, my experience is always great. I came in June 14, 2021 for lunch with my classmates from school. We ordered 3 salads and a chicken philly with fries. It took over 45 minutes to be brought out (which we had mentioned numerous times we were on a time crunch because we had to get back to class, another reason we got salads instead of something that took a bit to cook and they did nothing but slow down). There was stale chicken and mold in mine and my classmates salads. The bread from the philly was also stale as well as the fries. We immediately felt sick when we were in class, and I myself called to let them know what we discovered and that I’d be coming to collect refunds. I brought all of the food back, the cards used for payment as well, and upon my arrival, the man in the front was EXTREMELY rude. He even tried to argue with me about getting a refund, and even said no at first before offering fresh food after explaining the mold was probably from the lettuce being in boxes. When I had said no to the new food and that I just wanted refunds for it all, they had to call the boss and have him do it over the phone. A week and a half had passed and no refund had been made, so I called on the 23rd asking why. It’s been almost a month since my visit and yet I still haven’t gotten my refund for the food, and I even tipped! I won’t be returning and I don’t suggest anybody else does either or you may be receiving some unpleasant customer service as sell as spending some quality time with...

I was not pleased with my order from here. We placed an order for a large pizza. It took an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive. The pizza was cold, it did not seem to be the one I ordered and it was overly cooked (almost burned). When the delivery guy arrived he said he tried to call to see if we still wanted the pizza which was not true. I called right away and spoke to someone, he said he could not refund me because the manager was not there but he will refund me as soon as the delivery guy came back with the receipt as well as the manager. There was no refund posted on my account. I called this morning and after speaking with the manager he said he could not refund me because it had to be done on the same day. I told him that the other guy told me he was going to refund me, and he claims that the refund could only be made if they took the pizza back and that is what the guy told me which is a lie. If I could give them 0 stars for their poor service I would. This is the first and last time I am ordering from this place. We are at a school with a lot of potential business but unfortunately we will not...

I don't think Mike or any of his sons work here anymore. I just got back from this place and the food was so bad I had to leave a review. I'm sorry but the food was horrible. I ordered pizza and wings and they literally tasted like the pizza and wings from 7-Eleven next door. That would be fine if it only cost $10 like 7-Eleven, but no the pizza and wings "deal" was $30. I feel completely ripped off. This place used to be so good I don't know what happened. They should be ashamed of the "food" they gave me. The cheese on the pizza tasted generic and not melty. The crust was doughy and tasted bland. It tasted straight up like a frozen pizza, there is absolutely no way they made that pizza from scratch. The wings were not seasoned, super generic frozen breaded wings just thrown in the fryer. They were greasy and soft, almost mushy.
