Brian and Lilliana were wonderful to work with. No sales pressure at all, just introduced us to the different materials and how their mattresses are designed, we went around the showroom and laid on all the beds (there’s about 10 on the floor) and then we were left politely alone to mull it over. And they were knowledgeable and patient with us as we had to come back into the store another day to try additional options for our mattress after the first few nights weren’t super comfortable and went above and beyond accommodating us with layer swaps during COVID and making sure we ended up with exactly what we wanted. Absolutely stellar customer service! I'd give 10 stars if I could. We ended up settling on a queen EOS pillow top, both sides ‘plush coils/soft latex/soft latex’, which is as soft as this arrangement could get. For reference my partner and I are 5’5” and 130 lbs and 5’10” and 150 lbs. And even this arrangement would probably feel somewhat firm when compared to traditional or memory foam mattresses – seems to be inherent in latex material. Don’t be surprised if you end up loving something softer than you think is ‘what you like’. The bed is wonderful though. Comfortable and supportive. Very easy to put together, the amount of packaging is impressive but we found somewhere to recycle the plastic. No chemical smells, but the materials do have a scent – kind of a natural wooly earthy smell. I think it’ll fade in time, but it’s not intrusive. It’s great to have an organic mattress, that’s one less thing in the house contributing to the toxic load (next step…carpets!). Thanks...

I normally don't leave reviews but had to in this case because we have had such a good experience with this store (Brian especially) and are really impressed with the quality of the mattresses. My husband and I have been talking about getting a new mattress for a while, but I couldn't bring myself to purchase another flame retardant chemical-filled piece of junk, so we kept putting off making a decision. Then we happened to be in Maryland visiting family, saw this store and decided we had to take the opportunity to go in and actually get to see/touch/try an organic mattress - too big a purchase and commitment to buy sight unseen off the internet, and we hadn't come across the chance to actually shop for organic mattresses in a store before. We braced ourselves for the high pressure sales pitch that was sure to come as soon as we set foot in the store. . . but it didn't! Instead, we met Brian, who offered to answer any questions and let us look around without feeling stalked. When we were ready to ask questions, Brian answered every one knowledgeably, candidly, completely, and by the time we were done, felt really comfortable that we'd be buying here. When we finally (a year+ later?) got around to placing our order, we made a point of calling Brian up to order from him even though we live in a different state. SO excited for the mattress to arrive and the whole process has been very pleasant. Would highly recommend stopping in - its a purchase that will affect you every day for years, worth...

After years of spending a moderate amount on money on conventional mattresses (and replacing every few years), last week we made the switch to Naturepedic. The sales experience with Brian was wonderful. He was friendly, informative, and took the time to understand our specific needs. I've spent a few years on a soft foam mattress and my back was paying for it. I woke up every morning tired and in pain. We made the decision to explore the wonderful world of natural & organic mattresses. After all, we eat organic, natural foods, and avoid toxic chemicals in our home cleaning products, so this seemed like the logical next step! Yes, these are expensive. But you spend 1/3 of your life sleeping, it's worth investing in! With their 90 "trial period" and their warranty, there is no reason not to try. We've been sleeping on it for 6 days and so far my back pain has all but gone away, and I'm waking up feeling much more rested and refreshed. My only complaint is on the packaging. All pieces come shrink wrapped for shipping, but at the end, you are left with a TON of non-recyclable plastic. A company that prides itself on using natural, organic materials and environmentally sound practices should explore other means of packaging so we are not adding to the huge waste problem in the US. Other than that, super duper happy and will likely be back for more mattresses...
