Honest Review for a long-time repeat customer. If you are looking for a salon where you are treated warmly and kindly, a place where the owner and the employees remember you, and a facility that is kept clean, maintained, is hygienic, feels like a traditional salon but keeps up with modern needs, this is the salon for you. My nails come out beautiful, the work is consistent, I get complemented on my nails and asked where I go on a regular basis. Lately, due to time constraints between being a mom, businesses owner, and student I don't get to go as frequently as I used to, but the nails hold up. I haven't been in 3 weeks so my nails are grown out a bit but not one has a chip or break. The gel manicure and my pedicure stands the test of time, motherhood duties, work, gardening, and more. I love Stella the owner and Mel who does my nails usually but I can say all the girls are fantastic. You don’t need to seek out a favorite because overtime if you try out each tech you will find they are all skilled at what they do. Additionally, if you don’t want to talk and just relax or take a nap while you’re getting a pedicure that’s okay too haha or if you want to chat about life the world your kids etc the hearts and ears of these wonderful women are always open. This salon surpasses a 5 star measurement because of its quality of services performed and the genuine ambiance it has created....

Lazy, unprofessional, and rude. When I entered the salon, they told me they were busy but decided to squeeze me in. Even though I offered to come back later. While getting my nails done, I noticed part of my nail wasn’t painted. She refused to fix her mistake saying she couldn’t see it. She then asked another waiting customer is she could see the mistake. Why would I care if some stranger could see it?!? I don’t know that person. The only opinion that should matter is mine. That was just stupid. I refused to leave until it was fixed. If you’re busy, don’t rush a manicure. We spent more time arguing until she fixed it. I was sent to the waiting room until she had time to fix it. While waiting, another customer walked in and sat next to me. We talked and I showed her my awful manicure and explained how rude the staff was. That woman decided to leave. Plus, they leave the front door open. So the place has bugs everywhere. Including dead ones on the ground. If she just listened to me, instead of arguing, I wouldn’t be writing this review. Please, whatever you do, do not go here. We wasted $43 on two manicures and a pedicure being performed by young girls who just graduated high school with no education of nails. They did not know how to use a cuticle nipper, the clear coat of polish was matte finish and not even, the pedicure bowls were not clean nor covered, and they started speaking about us in Spanish because we asked for a paper towel to dry our hands.
