Fresco Market & Catering — Restaurant in Caldwell

So I’ve been craving for their pizza for about a week. I always get a regular slice but today I was feeling froggy lol So I ordered, over the phone, a pepperoni slice “extra crispy”! So once I arrived I decided to have it their. As I await in back of a customer being checked out by an employee by the name of Karol/Carol i was neither greeted or waited upon. Now for the record I am African-Anerican woman whom rocked an Afro on this particular day. As soon as Karol/Carol whom is a Caucasian woman (older) finishes with the Caucasian customer she IMMEDIATELY runs to the opposite side of the store! She did not greet me, she did not say “I will be with you in a second, nor did she apologize or acknowledge me in any way, shape, fashion or form! Now I think that is the RUDEST thing you can do to a customer in an establishment! Especially one as extravagant as “Fresco”! So I patiently continued to wait along with another Caucasian woman who was standing in back of me. Thank God another employee came (ALEX)from outside ( I’m not sure if was just coming in to start her shift, or if she was just out there) but this kind, nice young lady helped me and got my order! SHE WAS SO SWEET AND SHE APOLOGIZED FOR...

Went here on a Sunday afternoon and the place was empty, which is to be expected at 3pm on a Sunday. I had a chicken cutlet and broccoli rabe sandwich and my girlfriend another sandwich. When the food came out we were asked "for here or to go". So we figured lets just eat here. At this point we couldn't find a clean table in the whole restaurant. Every table had food, crumbs, dirty plates, napkins etc. There were 6 peole working in this empty establishment, 4 of whom were glued to their cell phones. When we went up to pay after our meal we still had to wait for one of the cell phone girls to notice we were there to come over and help us at which point another had to come over to help because the first one didn't know how to operate the register the whole time chatting about some boy. There needs to be more management involvement here. As a business owner myself I would not tolerate these actions.

I really just don't understand. I was having my sales team together for a meeting and thought to try Fresco's pizza. I went there at 10:15 in the morning for a 12:30 delivery. At 12:45 I called and was told the order went out 10 -15 minutes earlier. If that were the case, two things; our meeting was about 1 minutes away and why was it leaving when it was supposed to be delivered? Especially with 2+ hours notice. Most sadly for a relatively new business, no one seemed to care, just a lot of insincere "I'm sorrys." Then the delivery was without paper plates or napkins. The delivery girl, who took the order was out the door so fast we didn't get to ask. And BTW, the pizza was cold. There too much good pizza in Caldwell to...
