Bloom bakery reminds us of European bakeries back home. Their Ukrainian custard fillings are delicious. We find most bakeries to be overly sweet. We were pleasantly surprised to find Blooms desserts not too sweet. Which is perfection! We've gone back to try more goodies and everything is amazing! They have the most delicious and fluffy macaroons. Their cream puffs are a family favorite as well as their eclairs. The brownie cookies are the best thing ever! Turkish coffee is delicious! Baclava are the best we've had in a long time. The absolute best thing we've found is their strawberry shortcake. It's unlike any strawberry shortcake we've had before. It's a genius cake. The meringue goes along with the cake so well. Every layer inside and out is complete perfection. We definitely recommend giving them a try. We are very happy to have found this bakery and will continue to support the Bloom bakery family!
