T B Painters — Local services in Verona

My family recently purchased our first home in Verona. Before we moved in, we knew we wanted a clean slate and decide to repaint the full interior. We first did a walkthrough of the house and Tom explained everything clearly, offered helpful advice on paint colors and finishes, and made careful notes about each room. He was easy to talk to and quick to respond to emails and texts.

The walls were in bad shape and the crew removed non-functional switches, patched up holes, and even fixed a dismantled hot water baseboard. Right when work started, there was a big rainstorm and the painters notified us about a leak. It was a scary situation when we hadn’t even moved into our house yet, but Tom and his team were extremely helpful. After we had a roofer fix the problem, Tom’s team patched the wall and you’d never know there was a problem.

This is our second time with Tom and his crew. Truthfully, after our first experience with him, we didn’t even want to call anyone else for comparison pricing. Tom is just a great person to work with. He is there when he says (once got a call apologizing that he might be 5-10 minutes late… it was less than 5). That has never happened in 30 years of working with various contractors. He’s also a kind and thoughtful person who truly wants you to be satisfied. His men are also punctual and helpful, and things are left very clean each day. Twice now, Tom has given us approximate start dates weeks out and both times work has started on the exact date.
