I was visiting Charleston after a brief stay at Myrtle Beach. While at the Hangout in Myrtle Beach, my phone fell from the table and hit the concrete ground. Needless to say that my screen was perfectly cracked where i still have the basic and minimal functionality but I could not use my apps like Waze for directions, or the flight apps so i can check in and manage my flights on the way back home after Charleston. One side of me said to hold off and wait until I get back home because it would be about $60 cheaper to get the screen replaces. After calling about 10 different places by the Coastal Mall in Myrtle Beach, I decided to call some places in Charleston where we would be heading. Most places were on average 170-200 plus TAX for a non OEM screem. In NY, the average price is $130 and $180 for OEM. One of those calls were to Zach. He told me $160 for the screen. Then come to his house for repair. Yes, the common sense NYer side of me told me to be very cautious. With my family in tow, I end up at Zach's house. Yes, the signage out front was a bit disarming. Then Zach came out - this guy is a pro, down to earth, family man with a passion for fixing all things electronic. I found Zach to be honest, up front, professional, a solid communicator, and true to his word, timely in fixing my iPhone. If I was in a jam, I would not hesitate to call Zach again. Same guy you can sit and have a beer with while he fixes your phone. Zach turned out to be a lifesaver because Hurricane Idalia rolled through Charleston a couple of days later. We were the last flight to leave Charleston as I used my phone to change my flight to an earlier flight. Now, family and I safe and sound in NY, I look back and think what a great decision to have Zach fix my phone. Don't think, just call Zach and have him...

Read moreSeriously, THE BEST! My son’s PS5 HDMI port stopped working, and we discovered it was cracked. Initially, we thought we were about to be in for a long, absurdly expensive, and painful process of getting it repaired. After a quick google search, we quickly learned… it is a VERY common issue with PS5s… the ports are far more fragile than previous versions. We also discovered Zach, in this process. After speaking with Zach, we knew… we found our guy! He knew his stuff and educated us about the process. His customer service is OUTSTANDING, communication is OUTSTANDING, and his quality of work and affordability is OUTSTANDING. By chance, his wife was on the line, as well, when we initially called. She was assisting him, with handling business. She was incredibly insightful and supportive, as well! Great team. He has my family’s business, here forward, for sure. We couldn’t be any happier we found him and his craft, we know, with all confidence, you...
