Celadon Warehouse — Local services in North Charleston

Pretty much every pc of furniture in my home and business comes from Celadon. My most recent furniture purchase was a gorgeous whitewashed table top with gold legs. It was a bit wobbly after putting together. I picked up the table from the warehouse so I reached out to them. The manager, Leah Thornley, went above and beyond with her customer service. After troubleshooting, I received a text from her that one of their contractors would come to my store and fix the issue. This type of service is absolutely unheard of these days and has solidified my love of Celadon. I will always go to Celadon first for all my furniture/decor needs. I have seen some reviews talking about price. Celadon shops all over the world for first rate, unique, hand carved, handmade and solid wood pieces and the warehouse has big discounts on those finds. Words can’t express how impressed I am with the above and beyond customer service attitude of the employees at the Celadon Warehouse in N. Charleston. My husband and I stumbled upon this location because we locked ourselves out of our car down the road & were looking for somewhere to use a phone. I immediately recognized the Celadon logo & pretty furniture sitting outside....basically it looked like heaven to us. Inside we found two angels named Claire & Dale. They were so sweet and let us use their personal phones to call for roadside assistance. Two other employees were also hard at work but stopped to ask if we needed help and offer us water. We bought 3 chairs for our home office in October - one of them fell apart during the last week of November. The back separated from the base. I brought it to the store but they insisted it was a final sale. I stressed that it was sat in MAYBE 3-5 times (no visitors during a pandemic). Wasn't looking for a refund, just looking for a company that was willing to work with me on making it right. I was told a manager from Mt. P would give me a call - never happened. Left a message two weeks later - no response.

We've spent plenty of money here over the years - never again. If we want furniture that will fall apart and a company with zero customer service, I'll be sure to go on...
