Don’t order anything for delivery from them. Just don’t do it. It’s not worth the hassle. I bought my item a week ago, and when calling to schedule a delivery due to size and weight, their 3rd party delivery service insisted that this store doesn’t exist. It took two days to get that sorted out without assistance from the store. Then it took another two days to get the delivery actually scheduled.
TWICE, on the day of delivery, the service was cancelled by their drivers. This has been a nightmare and I still don’t have my order, which I’ve already paid for in full with both HomeGoods and the delivery service.
This is nowhere close to the “same day delivery” the store advertises. It should say “Same day delivery!**
** Terms and conditions apply accordingly. You must be able to fit it in your vehicle and deliver yourself.”

I did not give 5 stars because I was shopping specifically for large wall art; and while there were many different types of decor, there was no wall decor to suit my design needs, or the quality in the type of art I was looking for was lacking. Also, while customer service was available, cashiers were not as kind or empathetic as I would expect. Kindness and empathy are essential components of excellent customer service.
