Just awful. I felt so bad for the poor To-Go person. Short ginger hair. They were so sweet and doing such a good job but they were dealing with walk in To-Go orders, phone orders and delivery drivers. The line was literally piling up with people waiting to order, waiting to collect food they called in or waiting to get food to deliver.
Manager came over to help them with something on the computer, idk, maybe used her key card for something? Saw the mountain of bags of food on the counter and proceeded to walk off to go do other things.
There was a young lady who just kept bringing bags of food up and labeling them then leaving them on the counter. Literally NO ONE was helping this poor To-Go person. Y’all need to give them a raise or seriously praise them at the end of their shift because if it were me? I’d have walked out right then and there. They were so obviously frazzled by the end of it all. With the giant amoeba of people just waiting to order and people who’d been waiting forever getting antsy and impatient starting to make their way over to the counter to stare at the To-Go person. Who had their eyes on the computer entering an order, trying not to let the sea of eyeballs boaring through their head make them want to pull all their hair out and run away. Sheesh. Watching all this go down gave ME intense anxiety so I can only imagine how they felt.
Yall will be lucky to keep this person so I highly suggest staffing some help at the To-go counter. One singular poor soul on a Saturday night is not enough. Two thumbs way way waaaay down to this location and...
Read moreOrdered online the 10 wings with Jamaican Jerk and Asian Zing sauce with fries. I received an email saying my order would be ready in 30 minutes (2:30pm). I arrive about 2:28pm and the Togo gentleman looked my order up on the computer and read it out to me. 5 Jerk wings, 5 Asian wings, fren fries, ranch dressing, carrots and celery. I said yes that is my order. I was told it would be about 5 more minutes. No biggy except the noise was so loud in the facility it was making me nauseous. Several TV volumes were very high and you could hear customers screaming across the table to talk to one another. I was happy my order was to go. Few minutes went by and he called my name and handed me the order already bagged up. I only live a mile from the restaurant but I still couldn’t resist sneaking a couple fries. To my surprise they were just warm like they were sitting on a plate for 10 -15 minutes. When I got home and pulled the order out of the bag all the wings were Asian Zing. The flavor of the wings were good and fried well, but they were only lukewarm warm. The sauce was even sticky, not runny at all even in the bottom of the container. The ranch dressing is the typical franchise restaurant however the carrots and celery were crisp and flavorful. By looking at the packaging it appears items are prepared before hand and ready to go. This was my first time back in a Buffalo Wild Wings in about 10 years and Im not ready to go back even though I am interested in the Jamakin jerk sauce....
Read moreBe ready to tip ahead… The food was good for a decent price. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Management is very responsive- however… the wait staff makes it an unpleasant experience. They need a LOT of training in professionalism and customer service. My waitress took my order and I never saw her again. She never even ordered my drink from the bar, never checked back after another waitress gave us our food. Where was she? Grinning in an older gentleman’s face, accepting cash (not them paying their bill, just straight cash) and hand delivering salt and pepper shakers from the adjacent table one at a time to this couple, who could have easily gotten it themselves. Idk if she assumed I would not be a good tipper, however, that’s her loss because I ALWAYS take good care of waitstaff and bartenders. I guess I should have waved cash around in the air like the older couple did in order to beckon her towards the table and get some service, like a strip club or something.
The manager was very responsive and nice. However when I went to pay my bill at the take out counter (bc I didn’t want to be sitting there for another hour waiting for the waitress to come back with my card) another server abruptly told me “you need to go wait for your waitress” like a dog and without knowing what I was standing there for. Thankfully the manager corrected him.
Overall, good food, nice clean comfortable environment, nice managers, but the staff need some SERIOUS education...
