Well, grab your tool belt and tuck in your shirt, because we are inspecting the premises! We rolled into First Watch with the whole family, and let me tell you, this place has fantastic curb appeal. The minute you walk in, it’s brighter than a 100-watt bulb in a brand-new socket. It just feels like a well-maintained home. Now, let's get down to the brass tacks. I took a look at the Million Dollar Bacon. Folks, this isn't just bacon; this is an investment in your personal happiness portfolio. It’s got a sweet-and-spicy finish that’s sturdier than a brand-new composite deck. The structural integrity was 10/10. But let's talk about what's really working here, and I mean working. First, the foundation of the meal. The eggs? Cooked to regulation. The toast? Had a perfect, uniform char. I even checked the avocado—it was spread with the precision of a master craftsman laying drywall. No gaps, no shortcuts. That's integrity. Second, the efficiency. I was watching the crew, and they operate like a well-oiled garage door opener. Smooth, quiet, and reliable. Our coffee cups were never empty. That, my friends, is what I call proactive maintenance. They aren't just reacting to problems; they're preventing them. This is just a solid, dependable establishment. It’s a place where you can bring the whole team, get a quality meal, and know that you’re making a smart, high-value investment in your day. They’re not cutting corners, and it shows. Two...

We decided to try this new breakfast restaurant and we were not disappointed. The place was fairly busy but service was quick and outstanding. The waitress was exceptional and offered suggestions like I would expect from a 5 star restaurant. The menu had many healthy alternatives including vegetarian and gluten free for the health conscious. This includes healthy fresh squeezed juice drinks.

I ordered the traditional breakfast (menu item, not my traditional breakfast) which had 2 eggs anyway you like, seasoned potatoes, multigrain toast, and a protein which I chose pork sausage links.

The presentation was leaps and bounds above ANY breakfast I have ordered anywhere, up to thinly sliced parsley on the eggs for color. I ordered over easy eggs and they were cooked to perfection. The seasoned potatoes were well seasoned but not overly so and also cooked just right. The toast had an ample amount of butter when it seems like most other breakfast restaurants skimp. It was also excellent artisan bread that was amazing. The jelly was superb.

My wife ordered the trifecta breakfast but had the lemon curds added to her strawberries and pancake. The pancake was very fluffy and HUGE. She said the lemon curd was the best she has ever had. Her scrambled eggs were very fluffy and also perfectly cooked.

Overall, this was the best breakfast restaurant we have eaten at and will be on our...

If your planning to hit up this restaurant on a Sunday morning, bring your patience along with your appetite - trust me, both will be tested because the place is so popular and it was full, so you might have to wait a bit.

My husband and I decided to try this place for the first time for brunch. Knowing its popularity, I had a banana before going in case it was full, and we were right! We had to wait forty five minutes before getting a table. We ordered some juices that looked very nice on another client's table (they actually have a visually appealing digital menu; we should have checked it out before ordering to get a better idea of what they offer).

After 15 minutes of ordering, our sandwich arrived. The elevated egg sandwich was really good, and my husband ordered a smoked salmon sandwich that was also good, but I think mine was tastier! Maybe because we had eaten a lot of smoked salmon during the week…anyway, the sandwich were of great quality.

We ended up so full that we couldn’t order dessert, so that’s on the list for the next time.

The atmosphere was good, a little tight and crowded, but it’s was a minor detail. In general the placed looked great - perfect for having breakfast or brunch with friends, a partner...

I recently visited First Watch in Summerville and had an amazing experience! The Sweet Honey Pecan Salad was absolutely delightful—fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The mix of organic greens, romaine, all-natural chicken, bacon, avocado, and tomatoes paired perfectly with the warm honey Dijon vinaigrette.. The toasted pecans added a sweet, crunchy texture that elevated every bite. The salad was filling without being heavy, and I appreciated the balance of ingredients—especially the crispy bacon and creamy avocado. I also loved that the dressing wasn’t overly sweet; it complemented the greens and toppings beautifully. It was a great value for the quality and portion size. The service was fast, friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was spotlessly clean. I’ll definitely return to try their other menu items and highly recommend this spot for a satisfying meal. Don’t forget to check out their website for the full menu. Also I really liked the layout of the restaurant and the decor.

Only here for a few days and wanted a brunch that felt like home. This was the spot! Location is right off the main strip, which can be troublesome as it's a busy road. I ordered a coffee and the Chile Chorizo omelet and it was great! I opted for the potatoes, although they offered green and grits as the other choices. Omelet was made just right, but the highlight of the dish was the toast and jam that came with it. It wasn't your average white/wheat toast, the slices were about quarter an inch thick and went perfectly with the dish! Excellent place for all demographics! Would definitely recommend this place! P.S. as stated, restaurant is off the main strip. Saw two bad accidents within a 30 min of each other. No fault to the restaurant. Fault on the bad drivers.
