This review is only for my most recent experience. I placed an online order to be picked up. Eventually I received an email saying my order is ready to be picked up, and I should click the “On my way” link when I’m on my way. Within 20 minutes or so, I clicked that link. I was instructed to go to the pick area, and click the “I’m here” link, which I did within 5 minutes or so. I was instructed to put in the parking space that I was located, and I did. It gave me a code to show the associate when they brought my order to me. I waited about 5 minutes, and an associate came out, and said they can not fill any drive up orders, because the system is down. I explained that they already had my order pulled(according to the email I received), and it was paid for, so why can’t I have it. She told me the system is down, so they can’t give it to me. I asked if I would be contacted when the system was up again, and she told me “no”. I said I’ll check back later. Within a half hour, I received an email saying my order was CANCELLED at MY REQUEST!!!! I didn’t ask to cancel it!!!!! Early that evening I went to the pick up area to see what was going on. I was told the order was indeed cancelled. The gentleman (who was EXTREMELY helpful) said he’ll go pull the order off the shelves & bring it to be rung up. The one item I ordered was out of stock now, so he brought me a generic version of it. I had to pay again since the order had been canceled, and using the gift card that was refunded to me from the canceled order took awhile, but the man helped me through it. I really don’t understand why this happened, and the “system down” BS shouldn’t have mattered because the order was pulled & paid for, and to CANCEL the order when I never requested that is very very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Target should be ashamed of how this was...
Read moreA Truly Thoughtful and Accessible Experience
I recently visited Target and was thoroughly impressed by the store’s cleanliness and accessibility. As someone with a disability, I rely on the motorized scooters they provide, which are excellent—they ride so smoothly. The store's well-maintained floors make navigating pain-free, unlike uneven surfaces that cause painful flare-ups for me.
What really stood out was the exceptional care from their staff. After parking the scooter and attempting to walk to my vehicle, I found myself struggling on the bumpy road outside. A security guard noticed my difficulty and came to assist me. Not only did they bring the scooter to me, but they also walked alongside me all the way to my car, ensuring I was okay. They even returned the scooter on my behalf.
This level of thoughtfulness and support made my visit truly enjoyable and stress-free—unlike past experiences at other stores like Walmart in Lebanon. Thank you, Target, for going above and beyond for...
Read moreI love that we have a Target in Lebanon now, I would give it 5 stars but the guys in there trying to “sell” you into changing your phone company will literally harass you where ever you are in the store. Can’t even buy a case of soda without them literally following you and then coming out of nowhere to give you their speech. I avoid the area on purpose where they “post up” so I don’t get harassed but that doesn’t work anymore as they just go around the entire store now. Then they get upset if you say no thanks before they even start their speech and or make comments as you or they walk away. I get they are just doing their job but they need to be more respectful and let’s be honest if someone wants to change their phone company, they aren’t going to do...
