T.J. Maxx — Local services in North Cornwall Township

Atrocious customer service by the manager who is an an older woman with brown short ear-length hair who acts like a middle school aged “mean girl” with her incredibly passive aggressive and juvenile handling of situations and turning minor things into a major ordeals.

I came in to purchase a phone charger and some snacks near to closing time. I ended up using the bathroom before they closed. I ended up accidentally leaving a shopping back in the bathroom stall. I realized this and made my way back to the store before the staff had left the building and they had not yet set the alarm either. The girl who noticed me waving went to ask her manager- the woman with the short brown hair. I let them know that I left my bag of belongings in the rest room and asked if I could retrieve it. When she said no and that they were closed I then asked if maybe they could just get the bat themselves and hand it to me when they exited the store. That way, I, myself, would not have to step foot in the store. The manager proceeded to tell me no and to come back tomorrow and that she set the alarm already. I told her that I used to work in retail and the alarm can be disarmed if need be and please jut would only take a moment and that I had an extremely early and important doctors appointment and it would be really difficult for me to come back first thing in the morning

The manager didn’t care and was extremely rude to me and literally armed the system system while xom saying it was “too late and it was already armed” which was incredibly obnoxious considering she was entering the alarm code while she was saying that and all of the staff that we’re waiting alongside her to open the door were giggling like middle schoolers.

Wow!!!! This store keeps getting more and more incredible, You know I’ve been coming Here for over fifteen years or thereabouts and it’s always so clean and fully stocked and has the very best customer service I’ve ever seen of any stores I shop weekly within your chain all up and down the east coast, Marti is the best, she’s been there for years and deserves every ounce of praise and A raise from Management and corporate because every time I’ve been in to visit she always stops every customer and asks them if they need Help, what they’re looking for, finds them similar things, she’s Helped me countless times and Really makes shopping a fun “Experience” and let’s face it you spend so much more time and money in the store when you’re happy and have such a fun counterpart to shop with and Have Help guide you, They just don’t make em’ any better than Marti and I really hope she gets a round of applause from management for a job and career well done because you can clearly tell she loves what she does and she loves your customers and they certainly feel the same way in return about Her because she’s the...

I just love love and obsessed with this clean bright classy sassy store. Friendly helpful wonderful employees through out the store. Management appreciates us and tells and shows us. No one can compare to the variety, quality, and the prices of T.J. Maxx. The variety of unusual items are endless. The cookware makes one want to cook just to use the utensils. Love the fluffy pillows. All the beautiful comforters and other linens. Everything in between. The blankets one can melt into. I call them butter blankets. It's exotic and has items from everywhere. Plus not only am I a customer. I am an employee.......That literally recycles my whole paycheck into the store. I definitely stay out and away from my comfort zone. Love love...
