Mattress Warehouse of Lebanon — Local services in North Cornwall Township

I was very pleased with my experience shopping for a mattress at Mattress Warehouse Lebanon. I loved that they had a machine that helps show you what your perfect mattress will be (the first one I tried from the list was the most comfortable mattress I've ever laid on). I had previously bought one of those mattresses online that they deliver to your door (Tuft & Needle), and while I loved the convenience, it gave me back pain that I've never experienced before in my life. After laying on one of the mattresses that was reccommended to me by the machine for 5 minutes, my back pain almost disappeared.

The salesmen were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable (I'm horrible with names, but the one I dealt with directly is the father of 105.7's morning show host). I didn't feel like they were there to make a commision, but were rather there to make sure I got the best mattress for my money. I had tried going to one of their competitors (Mattress Firm) first, and I am happy that I decided to check out a second place before committing to a purchase.

Can't reccommend this place enough. I got a very high end mattress at a very significant discount. This was my first mattress purchase and the salesman at Mattress Warehouse Lebanon made it a great experience!

Do not rely on the salesman to show you the best bed for you. We bought our mattress a few months ago. We went in asking for a very soft mattress because I suffer from back problems. We laid down on the bed that gives you your ideal bed lists and we were shown the beds on the list. We were told by the salesman we chose the softest bed. After a week I knew we had made the wrong choice. We went back to the store to do an exchange and found a bed that was incredibly soft that we were not shown before. The salesman tells us it is, "the softest bed in the store." Why were we never shown this bed when asking for a very soft mattress? This mattress was almost $1200 less than the bed we had purchased. I believe that's why we weren't shown the bed. Between the return fee and the difference in price we could not justify an exchange. My back has gotten worse and I will most likely have to receive injections to help with the pain. the original sales/purchase was done mainly with the computerized system. it took my wife's and my sleeping patterns and then 4-5 recommendations, that is how we chose the mattress. several problems, one, there is a vast difference between how we sleep and our weight difference! they have honored the warranty and we were able to get the one we thought will be the best match but it cost a lot more than the original unit! It would have been beneficial for them to walk us through (teach/inform) more thoroughly how the mattresses are made. We bought a hybrid originally and after a couple years, both of us experienced back pain/issues after sleeping. we ended up going with one that had more springs and seems to have more support. I would give them a higher rating if they would have made a concession in the price as I was under the impression they were going to the day i went in...
