Mill 72 Bake Shop & Café — Restaurant in North Cornwall Township

I visited the coffee shop yesterday afternoon for a coffee. As a tourist from Greece, I am here for a month to visit my girlfriend. I asked the cashier for a double espresso on ice, shaken, without milk or sugar. The cashier was very kind, sweet, and helpful, and even took an interest in where I was from, mentioning that she liked my accent. I was pleased with her service and the interest she showed in Greece.

Because of the excellent service, I decided to return today and requested the same coffee. Unfortunately, a different staff member approached with a brusque and intense demeanor, stating that they could not make that coffee because it was not on the menu. I had simply asked for an iced, shaken espresso, which I didn't consider to be an unusual request. I explained that I had been served the same drink yesterday, but she insisted with an impolite tone that it was not possible. I remained polite and agreed to whatever they could prepare, but I was very disappointed with the level of service and hospitality. In Greece, we warmly welcome all tourists and always strive to provide the best customer service.

I regret having this experience, and the three stars I am leaving are solely for the service provided by the staff member who helped me yesterday, 07/25. The staff member today was extremely rude. I do not plan to return...

Super cute coffee shop with great food options. The front of the store has little home decor and accessories for sale. The decor is beautiful. Staff were all friendly. There was a small wait as it was a busy Saturday morning when we came but the line kept moving quickly. Baked goods in the front case looked delicious. The bathrooms were clean and had a beautiful mural. There is a photo op spot too! There is a drive up window and you can order online! Plenty of parking. We got: Lebanon bologna, egg and provolone on a croissant • crispy chicken and egg croissant • meat quiche • strawberry smoothie • caramel frappe. Verdict: My finance said he would not order the chicken sandwich or the strawberry smoothie. The smoothie was good and you could tell it was fresh, but he prefers it sweeter. He did not like the chicken, but very much enjoyed the egg and croissant- plus sandwich size. The caramel frappe was delicious. The bologna sandwich was great, but I think I would try something different on the menu next time instead of reordering. It was our first time trying quiche and...

Although I have never been to the Manheim location, I was excited for a locally owned (non chain) place for lunch. I got a harvest salad with grilled “chicken” today. I was very disappointed. The chicken was highly processed, spongy and gross. The kind that comes frozen w fake grill marks. I guess I had my hopes up that it would be better quality. I did love the atmosphere and employees were great. Baked goods looked amazing too. I will definitely give it another try, but stay away from anything...
