Computer Medix — Local services in North Huntingdon Township

A few days ago, when I tried to boot up my computer, I got the dreaded Blue Screen of Death. I contacted Computer Medix and talked to Tim. I explained that I recently had knee replacement surgery and thus was unable to take our computer to the shop. Tim said no problem, and later that day, he came to our house to pick up the computer. The next day, he called me to say that he had diagnosed the problem (actually, several of them) and offered a fix, which included a new hard drive and a new (refurbished) computer to replace our (very) old one. I told him to do the work, and the day after that, he brought the new unit back to our house and hooked everything up for us. He also stayed to make sure I was okay with the new computer. I am completely satisfied with the work that Tim did and the price he charged (very reasonable, considering all the time he spent on the job for us). In addition, Tim is is just a great guy. We will be using Computer Medix for all our computer needs in the future!

Quick Update: This past Saturday, I couldn't connect to the Net (got a message saying "no connections available"). I spoke to Tim just now, and he fixed the problem in about ten seconds. I called for help with my new gaming PC build and the guy talked to me like I was an idiot. Put absolutely zero effort into helping me. 30 seconds and he lost my business forever. I was trying to offer extra money to drop my parts off at 5:30-5:40 but the dude on the phone was too rude to let me talk so I didn't even get to make the offer.

6:15 was the earliest I said I could have gotten there that day. I could have made it there by 5:30-5:45 the next day if I took my parts to work with me and went straight there after without having to go home first. I was having trouble finding someone to assemble my computer and was trying to see if there could be a solution in the form of a few hundred extra dollars for sticking around a bit longer one afternoon so I could drop off my parts.
