Norwin Bowl — Local services in North Huntingdon Township

First off, the place isn’t very big. No room to put drinks or food. The lanes are never oiled. We went there today to try it out again, after having another bad experience in the past. Was told the kitchen was closed.. okay. The kid, Steven, told us we could order out if we liked & have it delivered there. There was no where to put our pizza or drinks. We sat our drinks on the floor, underneath our seats. We asked the kid if we could move a table closer to us so we could watch our food. He told us that was okay, as long as we put the table back. We moved the table, pizza came & we needed plates. Steven gave us 4 very very small paper plates, small enough for a cookie, for pizza & a roll of paper towels. We when went up to the desk to ask for plates & napkins the kid & someone who seemed to be the owner, were talking about drinking bleach, windex & tied pods. He said “ I’m sitting on my knees waiting for someone to pour bleach in my mouth “ & the guy next to him said “or squirt windex” good thing no kids were around. So we got our plates & napkins & went back to our seats. Kid came over about 10 mins later to tell us to move our table, and not nicely I may add. He basically pushed us out of the way to get through. If he would have asked us nicely, it wouldn’t have been such a big deal. After we explained what he thought we should do, since there is 0 room for food. He said “ well maybe you should tell me to go f* myself” & left. 5 mins later, the owner? I think he’s the owner, came over and asked us nicely to move the table, but again, like the first kid.. wanted us to put our pizza & drinks where we could not see it & that anyone could help themselves to. The first kid also thought we meant to put it over by where we were bowling. Like where we would walk up & down to go get our balls. We didn’t even finish our frame of bowling, paid & left. Very bad experience here tonight, unfortunately. To add, we were at lane 12. There’s no room...

Excellence in all facets. A complete, fulfilling experience at a reasonable price. The kindest of staff, the most classic of environments, and more. Chuck the hall down the lane, play pool, or just enjoy yourself.

Why would anyone choose to spend their money on some corporate-money-grab lane over this lovely lane? But I guess if your the type to enjoy the $100 over-produced, music blaring, and stale bowling alley… this place isn’t for you..

The lanes are not great. Very small area for food and drinks. The workers were very rude and I would not recommend this bowling alley to anybody, go out of your way if you have to and find a better bowling alley. I suggest main bowling in greensburg. The owner/owners should be ashamed of themselves to allow employees to treat customers the way...
