Walmart — Local services in North Kingstown

This Walmart is discriminative against disabled people. There’s never a handicapped spot available when I go, even during the down times in the morning or middle of the day. They moved the pickup spots to the other side of the entire parking lot. Instead of making those spots into handicapped, which were ALREADY WIDER THAN REGULAR SPACES, they made them into regular parking spaces. Additionally, they moved all of the self checkouts to the opposite end of the store, causing patrons to have to walk the length of the store and extra time to cash out. Speaking of cashing out, they cut the number of self checkouts in half if not more cause by patrons to stand in walkways and clothing sections, where there clearly isn’t space for a line, and then waiting MINIMUM 15 min standing for a SELF CHECKOUT NOT EVEN A REGULAR CASHIER. Every delivery i have ever tried to get has either been deliecerd to the wrong address or flat out not come. Today I placed an order that had to go back to the store becuz I order for 90.00 $my type 1 diabetic son inprophin for his fever and the drivers camera wouldn't scan my license. I made a replacement order for 97$ to be delivered becuz my son is really sick and the driver delivered it to the wrong address. My concerns to support I was laughed at, ultimately told I'd be refunded for the order I didn't receive but she didn't do anything didn't initiate the refund n that was all my money. I literally can't get my freaking son medicine until I get that money back. You would think that, as you walk through the aisles inundated with Grinch and Nightmare Before Christmas holiday decor, attire, snacks and treats, a big box store like Walmart would have a holiday staple as classic as Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes. BUT YOU WOULD BE MOST MISTAKEN. Two laps I made around the store, searching. I was late for work. Not a single cake. Not in the snack cake aisle, not in the holiday treat/stocking stuffer aisle.
