The team of people who work there are phenomenal creative, nice, courageous, courteous towards you the customer and they make you feel at home as if you're washing your car in your own garage or backyard. Mike is the owner and I've never met a owner with so much poised dedication and commitment towards his product his staff and of course the patrons that comes to his home and have confidence in having this huge machine wash and clean and leave your car sparkling. I've visited a many car washes, and haven't been treated with so much respect and care. I live 37 minutes away from this place and it's rewarding for me to drive with confidence to this location because when my car is finished being washed I just step out the car and appreciate such a divine piece if equipment that has made my vehicles shine as if they came off the showroom floor. What's even more spectacular is the car wash is actually 29.00 for a month of car cleaning and washing. That's$1.00 per day where else can you get this level of service and appreciation at the same time. Sure some places are cheaper, but you also get what you pay for. If you're looking for top grade service in car washing then look no further. Did I mention the free vacuum as well as the ability to purchase car cleaning supplies as well. One stop shop. Went to this car wash for the very first time & their equipment broke the wind guard on the front of my hood. I immediately turned around & reported it, before leaving the premises. Someone came out & took a report, said the management will call within 24-48 hours. On Tuesday, I called back, because no one had call to give me a decision on what was going to or not happen. Today, Friday 6/7/19 I called & left a message. Someone named “Tina” called back alleging that I was told when the report was taken, that they do not cover “add-ons” not done by manufacturer. I informed her that’s incorrect. The bug guard was already an xtra by HONDA & the person that took the report only took my name, contact information & vehicle information & took photos. Nothing else was said other than I would be getting a phone call within 24-48 hours. I’m very upset but I’ve always find the learning curve in every situation. I will NEVER use Tommy’s Express Car Wash & will NEVER recommend. Especially after a day or 2 of the incident, I went to the AutoZone next to them & told them what happened, they told me that they have numerous issues & complaints from customers who are replacing their mirrors, because the brushes at Tommy’s Express tend to get stuck behind the mirrors & yank them off!!! So I wash my car weekly, and I noticed this car wash was new and giving free washes. so I decided to go and try it. The wash seemed like any other express wash, Until I got out to vaccumm. When I got out I noticed that there were some weird lines on the plastic parts of my car. So I thought maybe trying to rub it out would work but didn’t, then I noticed that my wheels weren’t as clean as the other places I go to get them, so after I dry off my car I try to find someone that works there. As I am telling them what I noticed they seemed to not care about anything, they just kept saying “well that’s the first one today that’s done that” other than trying to fix it or help find a solution. And as I was about done with everything she also decided to disregard everything I pointed out and decided to say “well at least the rest of your car is shiny”. To me, that sounds like they either don’t know what they are doing or don’t care and trying to dismiss the problem so they could go. So needless to say I will not be back or recommend because there is so much more car washes out there that actually care about there costumers and reputation and know what they are doing...
