the young lady who works there that's the assistant manager is horrible her customer service is horrible riffic she rolls her eyes she pops her neck when she talks to people you know I went there to do a return okay I didn't realize that the tags for the shoes were not in the bag but I had the receipt now any other time at any other store they would go in print out a tag and put it on the shoes no problem you know and then she didn't realize I was standing at the counter while I was trying to return the shoes still and she asked her associate who she had helping me did you get rid of her really don't worry I won't come back...

Nice collection of shops with a great combination of standalone and inline locations. Easy parking and definitely leave your car inward whether as opposed to on the outskirts as this will make leaving and backing in and out that much easier. PS The way they spell shops as shoppes is actually kind of cool. Apparently it dates back to a more charming era. #arenashoppes...

Ross is where I shop always. I get most often favorite dresses there and I don't usually have to return anything I buy. They are good quality. My only issue is they need more persons on the floor sometimes to assist but I guess it's not a big store so it's okay for the most part. But yeah one of my favorite places to buy...
