My HP laptop was not detecting battery and showing 255% charging level sometime. This had happened after replacing with a battery. Laptop was working fine with new battery but was not just detecting it. I shopped around in the Cache Valley for finding the solution, including USU IT, they suspected that this issue could be related to motherboard and suggested instead of changing motherboard buy a new laptop. I still wanted to give it a try cheaper option. So on suggestion of my colleague I tried with computer wise. They said they will charge $45 for diagnostic and replacement of mother board will be $105. They will take $45 from the $105 after replacement. This was the case If I buy mother board by myself. I bought the motherboard from the eBay on the recommendation of their staff who suggested that this will be compatible with my laptop. After receiving my motherboard (after 2-3 weeks), I went to their shop with the laptop. I have used my laptop till that time with no problem. Everything was still working fine including wifi, except it was not detecting battery. I was told that the other staff is on vacation and will not be available soon. I got disappointed and the person at the counter said that there is another person who can work on but it might take longer time. I left my laptop with this shop. After 2 hrs I got a phone call that my laptop is ready for a pick up. When I went for picking up the laptop, I found the wifi was not working. There was no option for WIFI connection. I complained about that and told them the wifi was working in the morning and now it doesn't, you will have to fix it. They didn't like it and not agree with me that WiFI was working. I left my computer with them again. They called me next afternoon saying that laptop is ready for pick up their. When I went there, they charged me $187 + $45. They said my WLAN card was broken and they fixed. I asked them how can it break while it was working absolutely fine in the morning. There must be some issues while transferring from mother board to other mother board. They said no It wasn't the case, it must have already been broken. They blamed me that the laptop wasn't working when I brought to their shop, the wifi was not working and I was lying. He was trying to prove all the way that I told them a lie. This was one of the worst experience in my life. They didn't treat me well. I am sorry but I felt cheated and grossly mistreated. They charges excessive money for the repair and blamed everything on me. I found them scammer and dishonest. They may be best in the town but I wouldn't recommend them based upon...

I took my laptop in to get the fan replaced. I was quoted a standard price at which they bill but, when I picked up the computer they charged me an increased price!! I called back and the employee who quoted me the original price told me a second time that I should get that same price. I talked to the owner and she gave me a small reduction in price but refused to give me the quoted price...Tried to tell me about the great repair and how she discounted the fan etc. The great repairs! They didn't know how to take off the top cover of the laptop so they took a screwdriver to it and took several chunks out of it and, told me I had to pay to fix what they had broke (but, they would give it to me wholesale!). I personally would not take my computer here again because of the damage to the computer.

After I wrote this review the owner offered to repair the laptop and fix any damage. That was a nice gesture but I had moved from the area I raised the star value for the increase concern...

Absolutely I N C R E D I B L E ! !

My hard drive apparently had failed.. I took it to the place on campus and was told it would be about a week wait for a turn around, which feels like a really long time when all of your classes are online.

I did a lot of calling around and comparing of services in the valley, and these guys stood out by far. They are so, so awesome to work with! Customer service was amazing, their communication was amazing, and they had a computer that was given to them on a Friday night fixed and - in better working condition than it's been in a long time - by Monday afternoon.

Shout out to Wayde, Lisa, and Curt! You are all fantastic and absolute...
