Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in North Manheim Township

Ok. So as for cleanliness, bathrooms, whatever. I say, not so important anymore. Its a small chain clearance warehouse with minimally paid employees, I'm not expecting decadence. Im not really even going to expect a clean bathroom. If this place still allows customers to use their bathroom, they are doing better than most places. What I do appreciate about this place is that the employees are generally very friendly, despite probably dealing with people who complain and grumble all day. I also like that yes they post signs about masks being required, however, I choose not to, and I have never been castigated for that decision. In fact, one person was being a real nuisance and kept calling in from the parking lot to the cashier saying they refused to enter the store and shop because too many customers weren't wearing masks... NOTE: by too many they referred to 6 people; 2 women and 4 young children, (3 of those 6 people being myself and my kids). The cashier politely apologized they felt that way, and wished them a good day. So this very act alone will elicit a 5 star rating. For simply not putting up with the fear mongering b.s, I give this...

Alright so Ollie's slogan is "good stuff cheap" right? Well lemme tell you that they're definitely NOT lying. I found some really good stuff there and it was really cheap, for example they had a baby alive snackin like for 10 bucks! I like how they don't just do toys, they have loads of cool books that you probably could only find at book stores, they have some pet things, bed sets, carpets, a few electronics (like bluetooth headsets, drones, small things yk), and just a variety of stuff that I could walk around in their store all day! I like how big the store is tho, it's really good for anyone who dislikes being cramped in small isles and especially good with this whole covid-19 stuff. Not to mention, when it comes time for Christmas they have these stands in the front of the stores with great toys and decor like😍 Definitely love shopping here! Spent only $120, which is really good for the things I got because my total anywhere else would've been at least $200+ LIKE WOW! Overall they have great savings, great prices, great stuff, and a great environment. You should definitely...

This review is NOT about the employees or the store in general. This is about the Corporate & 'Sunbit' (credit card). Im giving 3 stars because I don't want a negative impact on store-employees.

Corooratw/SunitAbsolutely HORRIBLE experience! Still have not received my card. I don't even want it anymore after what they put me through!...but... now I have a hard-hit on my credit, so send me my damn card! Otherwise,DO NOT APPLY FOR CARD HERE!

Also, the employees know nothing about the card. The Manager told me to my face (not in a rude manner) that corporate doesn't communicate, which I believe because you cannot get through to them either.

Frequent shopper so thought it would be a 'good-idea' to get a store card. Uhhh. Nooo!

Ohhhh. I just saw a post about the bathroom. Yes, the Pottsville store bathroom smelledlike dead fish the past few times. They have some odd contraption in there too...made me scratch my head on what it was.

You would think with all the room sprays they sell it would smell like 💐...
