I hate that I have to write this review. This location happens to be my favorite. I will travel from Miami Gardens just to eat here. I don't know what's happening, but my last 2 visits have not met standards. I purchased 1 taco salad and 12 wings last night. I asked the order taker at the drive thru if she could ask if the cook could place the taco chips in a separate container. She says in return, "it comes that way, and no, they can not." I explained that the chips are soggy by the time I reach home. I proceeded to pay, and she says, " I'll tell the owner." I personally do not find this a hard task! Well, to my surprise, once I got home, there was barely any beef on there, and it was cold. My mom said, "they could've at least put a torch on the beef." Let's not talk about them dried up twice, fried shribbled up whole wings! What's going on!? The oil that the chicken was fried in was bad, and you can tell they were refried old wings cause parts of the meat were glossy/stiff and the bone was white/grey. I'm not a happy camper. I hate to waste money. Gas and $33. I need y'all to step your game up and get back to where it used to be when the food appearance was nice and everything was fresh to order. I'm now embarrassed cause there's a number of people I've bragged to about this location that's experienced the same. The food wasn't even picture worthy, let alone worth eating. Yes,...
Read moreTerrible. This place has ghetto cashiers and the manager acts as if everything is OK. The cashier with this terrible purple hair took my card and walked away. I Shouted and blew my horn several times and no response. I wanted my card back. Its no telling what that hood rat was doingwirh my card. She could have been writing down the digits the code and expiration date because I saw her lean over. The manager finally came and said oh we are good people and we don't do that. I explained why I wanted my card but he cont'd to take up for her and refused to see things from a customers pount of view. Like all people who work there are angels. The one on 87th street doesn't take that long to approve my transaction. It takes about 3 seconds for 87th to approve my transaction but somehow it take about 5 mins at his location. . I like the one one 7th Ave and 87th street. They are managed by different individuals and if you visit both you will see a major difference. This snapper will never get my money again. I will only go to the one on 87th. This location wants you park on the the curb so they can move other cars behind you. Sometime the light is out on the curb and now aa customers safety is at risk. Here is a suggestion get a crew that...
Read moreI come here a lot! The best Snappers I’ve been to in Miami. Great food! Customer service though, not too great. The old staff was way better and more polite than these new young women working here currently. A young lady with pink hair on drive thru never answered the speaker, so I drove up to the window because I was sitting there for a long time. I get to the window to order and she tells me she told me to hold on which was a lie. I ask may i order here at the window (which I have done before) she tells me no and that I must drive back around and order at the speaker. I asked to speak to manager and I am well aware of who the managers are. To the window, came another young lady with sideways braids and she said she was the manager. I know that all managers are male first of all. One is tall and skinny the other bald and skinny and one named Omar. These young females don’t care about customers or their job. They lied in my face not knowing I’m a regular. I was very upset, but she took my order though because I was not going to go back to the speaker. But I Am not happy with the service I received...
