“Dead roaches on premises. Observed dead roaches, 1 dead roach on bucket at storage area and 11 dead roaches under preparation tables at kitchen.”

“Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed frozen pork ribs thawing in standing water at 3 compartment sink.”

“Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed door handles soiled on walk in coolers and freezer.”

“Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed floor soiled with grease and food residue under cooking equipment at kitchen , also inside walk in cooler floor soiled.”

Truly disappointed after giving this restaurant 2 chances through Uber Eats delivery. The first order was missing all the ingredients in the fried rice. It was served in a large container. Most Asian restaurants usually serve food in small styrofoam containers usually being around $5-10, medium around $10-15, and large around $15-20. Some restaurants only use Large containers. So in the second order, I left a polite message telling them what happened previously in the hopes it would not happen again. Not only did it happen again partially but this time they served the food in the smallest container I have ever seen, then they give me the stalest and most tiny portions inside the box. They Charge me $20 for that plus tip for something that was more than $5!!! Money doesn't come easy, so the least they could do when people give them their business is to serve good quality food, good service, and food portion that actually match for the price they are charging! They just do not care about good service. AT ALL! They have lost a customer for sure. It was like done intentionally or just...

I approached the restaurant I noticed all windows very dirty when I open the door with the door handle. grab the door handle and it hasn't been wiped down for a long time you can tell. fantastic don't you think I always like to check out the bathroom because the bathroom represent the staff the staff who work there the staff who serves the customers and the bathroom was also dirty let me tell you that grab setting anyway I ordered a general chicken with white rice is fish good I noticed the back in the kitchen because you can see the whole kitchen from the camera the West no hand washing the person who was taking the order she always was putting things in the fire and taking money without washing hands she was also taking phone calls overall I give this place one star now the floor other restaurant if we call a restaurant it was pretty sticky she had cardboard so so people can walk on it. I don't think I will come back...
