Aaron's Supply Inc. — Local services in North Myrtle Beach

I see a lot of bad reviews and someone from this company deflects the issue or has an excuse for poor customer service! The individual that was very poor and unprofessional was Brad Saary we had to get a Rheem rep on the phone with this guy and just about force him to release the heater under warranty!! You can deflect this review however you want for a manager at this location it was the ugliest customer service I’ve ever seen in 25 years in the business.

Do not purchase Rheem/Rudd from this company! I had some customers of mine that had a Rudd water heater fail and start leaking after 4 years the original plumbing company went out of business so in my efforts to help my customer save some money I spoke to Rheem/Rudd on a warranty replacement they recommended it be covered Arron’s supply would not replace the heater without original 4 year old receipt Rheem/Rudd claims it’s just to bad!! So you can buy their junk water heater with a 6 year warranty and when it fails your stuck with nothing what a very poor way to do people!! Customer service was no-customer service for us. NO one greeted us when we walked in the store. One sales representative walked by us with a look of disdain on her face and NEVER spoke. When the second person saw the look on our faces she decided to say LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED ANY ASSISTANCE!!! You missed a sale of a wonderful tub that is just what I was looking for. My money is green but because my face was brown you prejudged me, but in the words of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, BIG MISTAKE!! Not only is my money green but it's debt free!
