Our Dermatologist is Dr. Long and this is not a review of her, but a review of the business itself. After many years of being patients here I went in for my annual skin check. Upon checking in at the front desk I was asked for my credit card for them to put on file. We have ALWAYS paid our bill if we have one, (we have excellent insurance and most often don't). When I asked why they said it was a new policy. I explained I was not comfortable doing so because of the potential for a security breach and my credit card info being exposed. I was told by whom I believe to be the Office Manager (who was less then pleasant) that it was the owners policy and no exceptions were being made, even though the appointment I was there for was 100% covered and they could look at last years and see that. I was given no notice of this policy change prior to the appointment. They sent out an email and a text to confirm the appointment but nothing about the policy change. I was told I could either give them my card or not be seen. When I asked if I could speak with Dr. Long I was told I could not, even though I had an appointment. So, I was denied my care even though I had 100% coverage because I would not give them my credit card. Dr. Long is amazing but does not own the clinic and in this day and generation who wants their credit card or HSA card I file only to be breached. Imagine having your HSA emptied of funds. This sounds like an unmitigated disaster to me. We are super sad to have to find a new dermatologist but I will not be strong armed into having to set myself up for financial issues. If the clinic is this money oriented it has to have priorities that don't align with my requirements for healthcare. As a side note, when she tried to assure me that it was "safely stored" I explained that I had just gotten a letter from another dr. we see that explained they had been breached and our information has potentially been compromised. We were advised to watch the from of payment we used in paying our bill. So much for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI can not tell you how grateful I am to have found this team of experts. Before booking my first appointment in this office I went to other 3 dermatologists, and they expected the appointment to be just 5 minutes long, they didn't really take a look at my skin. I needed all the help I could get since for the last 6 months my skin has been so bad with tons of cystic acne. At that point I felt helpless since I wasn't getting any help from "skin professionals". But I booked an appointment with North Metro Dermatology, and from the first appointment it has been a blessing. I actually wanted to cry at the end of my first appointment, because Dr. Anudeep Rahil and her team were exceptionally outstanding. Since the moment Dr. Rahil and her team (Surgeon, PA and Nurse, I forgot their names sorry about that) came into the office they quickly looked at my skin very in detail, touched my skin. I had 4 people on me pretty much. They made me lots of questions, they showed that they cared and wanted to resolve my skin issues. They did a surgical procedure, and other procedures that were never offered from the other dermatologists. They shared all the knowledge that they could to me, they didn't withhold information like the other Doctors I went to before. Also they are extremely nice too. I have been to a few appointments at this point and I am always happy with how the appointments go. To sum up, I 100% recommend this team of excellent phenomenal experts. Don't waste your time going...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt is unfortunate situation when you get put on medication prescribed from your dermatologist and then you call asking for help only to be directed to the nurses line. When the nurse answered the phone she seemed disinterested and didnāt ask me for my name, so I asked if this was the nurses line and she said yes so then I started explaining my symptoms due to the medication. She cut me off and was rude. I donāt stand for rudeness so I was rude back. I came to this place as a new patient, I saw the rave reviews and decided Iāll go here. But since the first phone call I made I havenāt had a good experience. Mind you this is my experience and no one elseās. They maybe good to others but the staff has been rude and donāt seem to act like they care one bit. At least fake being interested in your job. The medical system sucks doesnāt matter where you go. Yes I understand these people have a life, families, and an outside life outside of there job we are all human. But site there with an attitude. I asked for help and I got a rude...
