White Diamonds — Local services in North Ogden

I came across this local business through a Facebook ad. Little did I know that it is a gem that more locals should know about! I love supporting small businesses, plus, he exceeded the service and value offered at the regular jewelers!

Craig is trained by the GIA and knows a ton about diamonds. We had shopped around and even put a diamond on layaway with another jeweler. We showed Craig the certificate and he helped us understand the diamond we had laid away. He took the time to demonstrate the dimensions and other elements of diamonds to us, so that we could make an informed choice. He ordered in various diamonds that met my search criteria and reviewed them with us, even looking under the microscope and showing us the characteristics of each. He scheduled appointments at odd hours to accommodate our schedules as well. You do not get this level of customer service and knowledge at a typical jeweler! Not to mention, he was able to order the exact band I was eyeing at another jeweler and give me better pricing. We even got customization included for the price that the other jeweler asked for the off-the-shelf band!

Amazing hands on, in depth, custom ring experience. I could talk about our experience for hours but the long and short of it is my now fiance and I cam in looking for a custom engagement ring. We were recommended by her siblings. Our first few visits were hours IN A GOOD WAY. We came in with tons of pictures from Pinterest and he took us through seemingly 100 rings and went through drawings we came up with.

We ended up with a totally unique ring that came out PERFECT and within my budget. My fiance and I gaze at the ring now and enjoy being able to notice the exactness of all of the things we custom designed with Craig. Absolutely love it and the experience. He makes as much time for you as you need. That kind of involvement may feel long and drawn out during the process but once I looked at that exactly perfect for my fiance ring, I knew it was all worth it and wouldn't have changed a thing. He respects your wishes, especially for discreetness (in order to keep the element of surprise), full communication and amazing availability.

I just bought my engagement ring from Craig at white diamonds. Craig is absolutely amazing! He was very helpful and very easy to work with! He took his time to help educate me and make sure I had the information I need to choose the perfect ring for my fiancé. I left Craig's office completely satisfied knowing I had a the perfect ring at a great price! 4 weeks after I ordered my ring, Craig called me telling me it was ready to be picked up. When I came in to pick up my ring, it was done beautifully. Craig then told me he had some great news for me he told me he miss quoted the band and was taking off $500! If Craig never told me and never took off the $500 I would of left still feeling that I received a fabulous ring at a great price! But Craig did tell me and I left knowing that I got an unbelievable deal from a very honest and reputable man. It's not very often you get to do business with some as honest and caring as Craig.
