The only good thing I can say about this store is that they have a great selection of products and it's always clean. Now, let's talk about the employees: Atrocious, nasty, unfriendly attitudes the moment you ask a question or need any assistance. I've been coming here randomly for about 3 years. And it has never improved. It's almost as if they made being unpleasant a hiring requirement. When I was on the hunt for a job, this was one of the places I applied. When I came to speak to the manager, the employee in the front had the nastiest attitude and DID NOT enjoy having to grab the manager...even though they had NOW HIRING signs all over the place. When I did speak to the manager. She gave me the run around about having to fill out a different application form etc etc - basically trying to say anything and everything to get me to give up on trying to work there. I ended up finding a different, better job. However, this morning I came to the store to buy some kitten supplies and a crate/playpen. I simply asked the cashier where I could find soft sided crates or playpens. The answer and attitude I recieved for simply asking where something was located blew my f*cking mind. "WELL WE DON'T HAVE PLAYPENS JUST CRATES!!" and while we walked over to the area, she was clearly and visibly not happy that she had to assist a customer. Then she aggressively grabbed the box and I couldn't wait to finish checking out and leave. This is my honest review of my experience at this location. Read moreFrom the moment we walked in, Susan admired our Belgian Malinois puppy Ella and went way above and beyond to help us find all the teething, toys and things Ella would need to provide her with a great puppy experience. As a matter of fact, the two other ladies went out of their way to come and talk about Ella and what she may need going forward. I am so pleased with their love of dogs and knowledge of their needs that even though this Petco was out of the way for us as we were shopping at Costco and noticed Petco on the way out, that we will make the effort to visit that store again. Susan, thank you so much for your love of Ella and helping me pick the things she needed. I will definitely be back with Ella so you can see her become a healthy, loving companion that you believe she will be as she grown older.
