This review is well over due and now Im excited to write it ! First of all everyone needs a Anila (sales person ) and a Kiera (designer) when going to LB to purchase furniture as we did in April for our living room ! WE have purchased all kinds of furniture through out the years for our living room and now finally we ready to pick out good quality "grown-up " furniture for our living room finally becoming empty nesters . Anila was our sales person an was absolutely wonderful- she wasnt pushy or over bearing and let my husband an I walk around and figure out what we want-two hours later we had picket out what couch chairs and tables and lamps we wanted -she was awesome!! Then we were introduced to Kiera who then came to my house with different fabrics and options an measured my living room to make sure everything would fit ...and get this it is COMPLIMENTARY!!Then our next appointment was back at the store for her to show us how our living room would look before ordering- we settled on colors and places our order and they delivered it when we were ready which was July 12. The delivery men were great !! Professional and careful of my door ways and new refinished floors. They placed my furniture where I wanted and it was great !! Then Kiera came to my house again with all different knick-knacks and spent time helping me decorate my new living room and I couldn't be more please with her and her services. I know this review is long but if your considering on buying new furniture please make LB your first and last stop... Next we are looking forward to doing our family room !! LB customers...

From telephone wait times up to 3 hours, to scheduling appointments from 6-9pm and not informing of that late window prior to scheduling (taking a day off of work for a tech too), to sending the wrong piece when a product was defective and trying to follow up for 2 MONTHS to have my couch fixed before it breaks even more!?!?! completely unacceptable! I guess I was fooled in the store over the "quality of the furniture" All of this after waiting over 8 months for our couch to actually arrive...
We had a great experience shopping at La-Z-Boy in North Plainfield for a new sectional couch. We have been shopping for a little while now and although production and wait times are astronomical across the industry, we decided to purchase through La-Z-Boy. Not just for the quality of their furniture, but mainly because the sales/design associate, Kiera, was phenomenal to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and very patient with showing us all different options. She even went above and beyond by emailing fabric color samples and additional information to help us make our decision...and she did all of this WITHOUT being pushy. *Now we just have to cross our fingers that we get our new furniture much sooner than what is being...
Ā Ā Ā Read more3 years ago (i think) this time was almost the same, great experience, but unfortunately or fortunately? i called the protection program from my first furniture and they will not come out for the service, saying ā two spots on each couch are too much and we donāt cover that, you should call stanley to come out and do that service for youā, now who says that?!?! I was very dissatisfied, so i had to canceled the new order that we just did on 2021 for the similar furniture. The manager George, his assistant and his regional manager were aware and were trying to fix that problem, very nice people, friendly and patient. but, even if they fixed that one problem, do I really want to go through all of that with my new furniture? Ummm no, so, i just decided to hold off on that purchased. Sad for our part, but at the same time glad since the story could repeat again with the new furniture and the protection plan. I will go back to them, again, but...
