I rarely do reviews but when i receive a horrible service something has to be said. If there was 0 stars that's exactly what I would give. I tried to order food for my mom, little brother and I on the app since 8am for Mother's Day and whenever I was ready to checkout I kept receiving unable to complete order due to high volume which is understandable since it's Mother's Day. So I called to put my order in 30 minutes later after trying so much like it told me to. It had a 20% coupon off total order and when I asked for them to honor it since they turned off the online ordering and was told no because it was for online only so I said okay and was told it would be ready in 25 to 30 minutes. So I go to pick it up 1 hour later since it was crazy busy and there's no parking. Eventually got my order and unlike me didn't check to make sure everything was correct since I'm pregnant and had my toddler with me whom was irritated. Once we got home the whole order was completely wrong. I tried to call so many times to let them know but phone line had been busy all morning. I took everything back and told the lady with the glasses in front who's supposed to be handling the customers about my issue and the first thing that came out of her mouth was "WOULD YOU LIKE A REFUND" WITH AN ATTITUDE, NOT AN APOLOGY OR A SOLUTION!!! Mind you it's been about 3 hours now and being a diabetic I had not eaten yet. I told her "That's all you have to say to me? You didn't even apologize for my order being wrong." She gave me the excuse we're very busy. I said to her "I've been in customer service for long time and what you said should not have been the first thing that came out of your mouth, that's poor customer service." I understand it's a busy day and waited patiently for my order. But you guys messed my order up. All she could do while I complain was say I offered you a refund and kept looking on the computer to do my refund. Another customer told me to speak to the guy in white. I spoke to him and he apologized and tried to offer me something else, I told him no thank just because I would not trust anything that would have been given to me. I told him her customer service was horrible. She did the refund and tried to give me less than I paid for. And when I asked why she tried to give some weird excuse for that. I had to leave before my pressure went up so I told her if the refund was less than what I paid for I will be back. Never in all the decades that my families a I have been going to this IHOP, would I have thought I would have received the service I got today and of all the days on Mothers day. Read moreThis place has gone down tremendously. I had a visitor in town who really wanted their food but was unable to visit the store so I ordered food for him, myself and my daughter who picked up the food which wasn't even hot. I have a microwave so I didn't let that bother me so much.

After I had eaten at least a quarter of my omelet I gasped 😱 when found a long and straight strand of hair in my omelet. My daughter gasped 😱 as well because we shared that Colorado Omelet.
I immediately called the store and asked to speak with the manager. Another woman came to the phone and identified herself as Diana Rodriguez. I was explaining to her what had happened with my food, she interrupted and asked if I was sure that it wasn't my hair- I further explained that it was a long strand of straight dark hair that was intertwined with the eggs and other ingredients of the omelet. I further explained that my hair texture isn't straight and I have quite a bit of grays in my hair and that my hair was covered. Diana told me that there were only men working in the kitchen and that their hair wasn't long. I insisted that it wasn't my hair then she eventually apologized and convinced me (against my better judgment) to reorder the food. 😒
That turned out to be a huge mistake. The 2nd order had more hair than the first order. I was pissed off. 😤 😡 I called back and had her summoned to the phone and as I was explaining to her that it happened again she started chuckling. I wasn't sure if it was a language barrier or not, but for me there was absolutely no humor in this matter. After I asked for my money back she wanted to send me another meal at which point I said, no and demanded a refund.

Read moreWe had a party of six around noon on a Sunday, my girlfriend and I arrived early and put in my name. We were told 15-20 minutes, so we went to wait outside. When the rest of our party arrived a few minutes later they went in to check where we were on our list... the host told them that she had called me four times and had gone outside to yell my name (not true), and now we were bumped down on the list. Not even ten minutes had passed since arriving, let alone 15 to 20, and the staff were extremely rude and seemed totally indifferent about not telling us the table was ready.
I wanted to leave, but they found us another table quickly, so in we went. We mostly ordered breakfast stuff. The food was standard IHOP fare, perfectly tolerable. The service was a different story. Our waitress apparently could not comprehend a basic drink order; we asked for water for everybody, she brought a few glasses and then disappeared for 15 minutes, we had to ask her for the rest of our drinks when she came back to take the food order. We never bothered asking for refills. Two people in our party ordered grits and they took 45 minutes to come out, everyone else was done with their meals by the time they arrived. The waitress brought the check without asking if we wanted anything else.
We sat and chatted for about an hour and a half after we paid the bill. The place was nearly empty after a while, and still nobody bothered asking if we'd like any water. A few minutes before we left, we noticed a waitress squirting glass cleaner on a coffee filter and wiping the window with it. That should give you an idea of what this IHOP location is like.
