Regency Village — Local services in North Plainfield

Horrible management and they just have a very big problem of mice everywhere , it need Immediate attention because the ground pipelines are full of mice ! And They need the control everyone with such horrible infrastructure ; bad roads and especially parking is insanely bad as they just keep towing vehicle for some reason which they know themselves in that way The owners or renters can get frustrated every single minute of stay there !

The main purpose of this condos is to make everyone’s stay miserable , by creating some or the other issue forcefully !

Just because of some or other issues people are staying but it’s just horrible ; think twice before you invest in this apartments , it’s rotten from underneath...

This place was great when I moved in about 4.5 years ago, but now I can’t say the same. They give email notices of maintenance work the same day (sometimes at the same time) it’s being done, so tenants don’t get any real notice. I’ve called the management office and the emergency number after hours for issues I’m having or information on how to get it fixed and I’m either told “maintenance will reach out”, which they never do, or that my issue “isn’t an emergency”. I’m highly considering breaking my lease to live somewhere else where the staff and maintenance folks will be helpful and customer friendly instead of callous...

Pesimo lugar para vivir los vecinos un amor pero siempre hay uno que vive llamando a la policia o al Pueblo y nadie hace nada. Es el primer lugar donde muchos tenemos gatos y sabemos q ellos son d calle y regresan han la casa.. los gatitos han hecho un grupito y pasean pero QUE ME DIGAN QUE LE PONGA COLLAR A UN GATO PARA SACARLO es el primero lugar donse le piden q saque a un gato con collar y no he visto ni ha vecinos ni nadie! Muchas de Las lavadoras no tienen suficiente Agua y most of time las cecadoras danan la ropa y es muy raro que haya un letrero en las maquinas danadas entonces preparence pa perder su Dinero. Y no se diga la maquina de monedas nunca hay monedas. . Casi nunca hay Agua Caliente y tienes que abrir por largo tiempo el Agua hasta lograrlo.. no se diga la Mala attitude de l@ maneg@er ... alguien deberia estar Mas pendiente de las cosas de primera necesidad Como las lavadoras en lugar la minima Llamar a la grua pendientes dia y noche d los parking y el Agua Caliente? Y...
