Subway — Restaurant in Watchung

On June 14th after driving home from North Carolina with my husband we were both exhausted and hungry and I decided to go online to order 2 sandwiches at the Watchung Mall location. I posted and payed on my credit card. The message I received was to be at that location at 6:55 PM. I got there at 6:45PM and the man was closing the store. I asked him where my sandwiches were and he said I am closed, I said but you said to be here at 6:55 and I was 10 minutes early, again he said he was closed. I asked what am I going to do now he says oh well. I said wait a minute I paid for those sandwiches on line, he says I'm closed come back some other time. Then he told me it was my problem. I started to raise my voice and I noticed a man starting to walk over towards me so I shut up. I went online and sure enough the charges were on my account. I went and got sandwiches at another store in the mall.. I was mad, in fact I still am.... I called up Chase and they told me that the charges were pending and to wait a couple of days. I did and the charges went through. I called up chase and stopped the payment for something that I ordered but NEVER received the product. Chase took care of the charges with your company!!! I have picked up sandwiches by you before, but never again. That man was rude, and he didn't even have a name tag on so that I can tell you his name!!! All I can say is that he was short and...

They need to shut down this Subway permanently. Feb 2023 I purchased a sandwich and went home. Towards the end of eating my sandwich I start chewing on something which I immediately know is inedible. I take the piece out of my mouth to find it is a black elastic piece of a disposable mask.

After getting over my disgust of whose mask, what type of germs and other health concerning factors I email the owner JITENDRA PATEL and explained the situation, emailed photos and sent my receipt. Jitendra Patel didn't respond to any of my major concerns and instead sent me a generic email thanking me for my feedback and asking me to give them another chance. Instead of offering me a refund or any other resolutions.

I'm disgusted by the not the only sandwich but the ignorance...

I wish I could add the video of what just happened... the lady there right now at 9:18...... didn't listen to me at all.... I ask for a footlong she cuts it into a 6inch..... ask for red onions ahe adds lettuce... then I went before to this location just for the auntie Annie and the same woman pretended not to speak English but today it was perfect 🤦🏾‍♀️. And to top it off she had on headphones like I know it's early but you now even paying attention to what I'm saying just adding w.e you want.... then she refused to make my sandwich over and a manager wasn't available I will be back to report her and show the manager the video I have of her refusing to make my sandwich and then she removed the headphones... and she's on a subway camera with them...
