This store has HORRIBLE customer service. I went in March 17th, excited to upgrade from the Note 3 to a Samsung S7 edge. That's all I wanted. First it took over 2 hours just to speak to a representative and then I had to leave for my next appointment and drive all the way back to Gothenburg. When I came back later, before even talking to me, the young gal came out completely prepared with a box full of goodies for which she was prepared to hustle me with. She bagered me into giving up my Samsung note 3 by lying to me and telling me that I could not use it at craft shows to run card readers through without a WiFi connection. Then she told me I should buy the Samsung Tab S2 which was nearly free with my $300 trade in, all I had to do was pay $50 for the taxes and it was mine. Plus I'd get a bunch of accessories, an upgrade to 6 gigabytes per mo and she also guaranteed me that all of my info from my note 3 would transfer over to my new phone, and it would ONLY do so over a WI-FI CONNECTION. Well, I believed her so I gave her the phone and left with the bundle. I was leaving for vacation the next day and didn't even have time to hook my phone up to my home WiFi so... my phone constantly tried backing itself up over its 4g connection over the next 12 hours and used OVER NINE gigabytes!! Plus, after we got to Arizona & several messages from Verizon telling me I went over my usage, I contacted customer service, they told me I would owe almost $300 for the tablet on my next bill! Needless to say, my phone also never backed itself up other than the contacts because my cloud storage was already full so all of everything I had on my other phone was completely lost forever. I warn everyone... do not go there... there are two other places in North Platte who would love to help you. Even the gal I talked to at Verizon Customer Service wonders why this place is still open and how this recently high school graduate blonde girl, from Gothenburg Nebraska even still has a job.    Read moreI would like to share with the bad experience associated with this place. Yesterday I went to this place to go from T-mobile to Verizon, I had two lines. Sorry for the bad word, but I met a very stupid and unpleasant woman here who doesn't know anything about her job! She kept going around asking everything, from another employee of this institution. She spoiled everything for me, Treated my things very carelessly, all the time with the force threw my gadgets on the table and from this on my gadgets formed scratches and dents. I recently bought an iphone xs max and an ipad pro 12.9. I am very unhappy that my new gadgets are already in a spoiled form. Besides, she didn't do that, the way I wanted her to. She opened me a new phone number that I do not need, and chose for me an internet service with a very bad Internet service which I did not ask. And, in the end, Now I have to pay three times more for her mistake! If I'm not mistaken her name is Mariam, a plump woman. I do not recommend contacting with this woman, because there will be more harm than good! I ended up losing a lot of time, money...
   Read moreBEYOND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give them less than 1 star I would in a heartbeat. All we wanted to do was switch 1 phone number from my business account to my moms account. Over 6 hours later and we still had to go with a different carrier because all they were worried about In store is trying to sell us other phones, wifi routers, etc. Now, somehow, even though the phone number and phone no longer belong to Verizon they are still trying to charge my account and of course you can't get ahold of anyone at the store.
The best help they offered was to have me call a number and sit on my phone, in the store, for over 2 hours while the business manager walked by and asked "how's it goin" which was as much help as we got out of anyone.
Do not recommend nor will I ever recommend this store and that's based off 100% terrible...
