7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in North Platte

Some attention to detail and consistency would be nice and appreciated. Initially I liked 7Brew because the workers would wipe down the cups and the drinks were good. Now they hand them over all sticky and dripping, so you better be prepared with wet wipes (napkins won't get the stickiness off). They cannot make the same drink order taste the same consistently. I ordered a Large Blended Sweet & Salty - Triple 7 today. After cleaning up the sticky mess that was handed to me, I tried my drink and it's AWFUL. There are NOT extra shots of espresso, it is way too sweet, and there is an odd fruit flavor to it. This is the same drink I get every time I go, it's not supposed to taste like it has pineapple or something in it. They have messed it up the last 3 times. I'll take my business elsewhere where I don't have to throw away a freaking $9 drink...

I live in Colorado but I came to town to visit family. I stopped here and I was so incredibly impressed. To begin the lines weren’t insane but even if they were it was worth waiting on. The music set the mood when I pulled in. The gal at the window was so sweet. Talked to me about my morning but definitely was not overbearing. She was patient and kind while waiting for me to figure out what I wanted because FOR THE FIRST TIME in so long, I found a coffee place that cares that I can’t have sugar. There were sooo many sugar free options I wanted to get one of each thing. I told the gal I would be back later and she invited me to bring my dogs whom of course will love the pup cups.

The only thing that I would change is for you to get a location in Loveland/Fort Collins Colorado. I would be there DAILY!

Even though there is a line, they get you in and out very fast with your drink made to perfection. I have gotten coffee there which has always been the most delicious coffee I have ever drank from a drink through. I have gotten their 7 energies which are so good I usually get the largest size and same goes for the matcha. Their banana iced matcha is phenomenal. Not too much banana and you still taste the matcha which is perfect. They are always so kind and helpful when taking your order and they do not ask you for a tip they just turn their device around for you to sign...and tip if you feel they deserve it and I personally always do because of how awesome they...
