I just went to this Bomgaars to look at a gun that had an AccuTrigger on it. Which is on some savage guns. I asked the gentlemen to look at this gun so I could get a better look at the AccuTrigger. Then I said “I wanted to get a better look at the safety on the trigger.” He then started to argue with me, even though I was being polite, that it wasn’t a safety. I was saying that I was another safety feature on the gun and he just kept saying that it’s not a safety. Which it is a safety feature for the gun. The gun will not operate if the AccuTrigger is not pulled. I then gave the gun back and walked out. He was helping a rather demanding elderly lady with so much kindness and patience. He stood there in the busy store and scanned every flower pot for prices for her. She would say “give me that” and each time he did so with a smile. After he got her taken care of he apologized to me and asked if I’d been waiting for help. Our cashier failed to count the change back. Just handed it to us. I felt rushed, not welcomed. The moment she handed me my change, she turned her back on us and picked up her conversation with “Coy”, which felt both awkward and uncomfortable.
